Your visit
What to expect at Al Hara Spa
A typical day-spa visit in the UAE is uncomplicated: arrive about 10 minutes early, check in, change, and have a brief chat with the therapist about pressure and any concerns before the treatment starts. A 60-minute treatment usually fits in a 75–90 minute window from arrival to leaving. Confirm timings with Al Hara Spa when you book.
The conversation that matters happens before the treatment: pressure preference (firm, medium, light), any pain or injury, allergies (especially to oils such as almond, sesame or argan), and music or silence. Ask Al Hara Spa on WhatsApp whether it can match you with a therapist who speaks your preferred language.
