I payed for 90 minutes massage in this place the first 60 min was great I had 30 min left then the lady ask me if I want special massage (***) I refused coz I came for the normal massage sadly she start complaining about it and she didn’t like that I refused her offer I dressed up and came to the counter to ask them to give the 30 min money back they say it not possible coz it’s a system ….etc I won’t recommend this spa thank you for reading 📖
I had an rude and very shameless experiance from the staff who sitting in reception names tharanga Very bad man He dont know how to behave to people
Disappointed!!! I called and asked information about the massage and the guy who picked up the phone seemed irritated giving information, and he hang up while I was talking because he has got customer. Then what does he think about me? Not a client???? Sooo rude and disappointing
