What the visit feels like
Many day spas provide a robe and slippers, a short consultation form and a few words of aftercare advice. All in, a 60-minute treatment tends to take around 90 minutes door to door. KAMALO SPA RAK can tell you what it provides when you message.
One concrete piece of advice: tell the therapist exactly what you want from the treatment. "Stress relief", "muscle recovery" and "general relaxation" lead to genuinely different work. Pressure preference comes next, then any allergies to oils or scents. If language matters, ask KAMALO SPA RAK on WhatsApp before you book.

Finished a 45 minutes massage 10 minutes earlier... If you charge for 45 minutes, you should give the 45 minutes. I will never go back there
The service was very poor, the toilets did not work, and one of the staff members was extremely rude. i will not repeat it again
Filipino girl very Unprofessional ~ had attitude….using one hand whilst texting with other. So rough ended up friction burn marks from towel she used! Clearly prefer to massage Men not Women ~ say no more.
Terrible. Throughly unprofessional. Best avoidable. Finished 1 hour massage in 30 minutes and refused to give refund. Had the audacity to ask for more payment to change the massuse. After much argument they gave back a token refund. Better to have two painkiller pills than visit this place.
The most unprofessional massage I’ve ever experienced in my life. The therapist was a Filipino lady and she was so lazy that she only used one hand and kept applying oil only. I did not feel like it was a massage. It was like oil applying session. They charged AED 150 for applying some cheap oil. Not at all recommended.

Local know-how
The practical stuff
What to prepare, what happens during, and how to recover — the practical pipeline.
How to book
Booking KAMALO SPA RAK: WhatsApp the team with a date, time and treatment, and wait for their written confirmation before heading over. Be on site 10 minutes early for the changing room, paperwork and therapist consultation. Booking ahead is recommended; walk-ins are inconsistent.
Payment and gratuity
Cash, debit and credit are typically accepted; WhatsApp to confirm Apple Pay or a specific card type before arriving. Tipping isn't required but appreciated — 10–15% of the treatment price for great service is the local standard. Cash tips handed directly to the therapist are common.
What to do after
Post-treatment: drink water aggressively, eat light, avoid intense exercise for 12 hours. After a facial, no new products that evening. The peak feeling is usually 12–24 hours after the treatment, not immediately.
