Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in until we left. The staff truly know how to take care of their customers. Even over the phone, Mona was absolutely lovely and willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. She’s very welcoming, just like Ms. Naeemah, who personally checks in with guests, asks how their experience was, and makes sure everyone leaves fully satisfied. The Moroccan bath with Ms. Zahra was amazing. She makes you feel completely comfortable and never awkward, with just the right amount of small talk. The massage experience was just as good. They constantly make sure the pressure is right, and it’s so relaxing that you will 100% fall asleep. Overall, an incredibly comfortable and well taken care of experience.
I just wanted to thank you for the amazing service we received at the spa. It was my first visit, and honestly, the place exceeded my expectations – so serene, elegant, and truly relaxing. A special thanks to Lanie and Nhu for the warm and outstanding welcome. Their hospitality and professionalism made the whole experience even better. The service was truly five stars from start to finish. I highly recommend this place to everyone – it’s absolutely worth visiting, and I’m definitely coming back soon! 🌿✨
I had a Moroccan bath with Zahra, and it was such a great experience! 🌸 She was super nice and professional, and the bath itself was amazing from start to finish. It’s not my first time visiting this place, their services have always been great, and all the staff are respectful and wonderful to deal with. I definitely recommend them.
