Do you take commission on bookings?
Never. Customers message or call you directly. We're not involved in the booking or the payment — you keep 100% of what the customer pays.
How do I claim my listing?
WhatsApp us your business name. We confirm you're the owner or manager — for example a message from the number on your Google Business profile, or a copy of your trade licence — and update your details, usually within 48 hours.
How will I know it's working?
Verified and Featured plans get a monthly report showing how many people viewed your page and tapped WhatsApp, call or directions on Spalist.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel any time on WhatsApp. Annual plans run for the year you've paid for, and your listing stays upgraded until then.
How do I pay?
Once you pick a plan we send payment details on WhatsApp. Your upgrade goes live as soon as payment is confirmed.
