What does it cost to list?
Two plans, both fully transparent. Basic verified listing is AED 99/month or AED 990/year (2 months free). Featured placement (top of city, area and category pages, monthly lead reports, priority verification) is AED 500/month or AED 5,000/year (2 months free). No setup fee on either.
Do you take commission on bookings?
Never. Customers contact you directly via WhatsApp or phone. We don't get involved in the booking or the payment — you keep 100% of what the customer pays.
How long does verification take?
Basic verification typically takes 5-7 business days. Featured listings get priority verification within 48 hours.
Monthly or annual — what's the difference?
Annual billing pays 10 months for the price of 12 (2 months free) on either plan. Monthly billing is flexible: cancel any time via WhatsApp, no contracts, no minimum term. Annual customers can switch to monthly at renewal.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month and cancel anytime via WhatsApp — usually processed same-day. Annual plans run for the year you've paid for; we don't pro-rate refunds, but you keep the listing live until the period ends.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Featured later?
Anytime. WhatsApp the team and we'll switch your plan within 24 hours; the price difference is pro-rated against the rest of your current billing cycle.
What documents do I need to apply?
Your UAE trade licence, any relevant medical/health licences (DHA, DOH, MOH), and 3-5 photos of your space. We handle the verification visit and listing build-out.
