Talise Spa at Jumeirah Beach Hotel

Absolutely amazing experience at Talise Spa Jumeirah Beach Hotel. I started with a 90-minute hammam experience that was incredibly thorough and relaxing. It began with black soap, followed by time in the steam room, then a deep full-body cleansing and scrubbing. After that, a second scrub with brown sugar and honey was applied all over the body — even the face — and left to work its magic. During this time, my hair was washed and massaged, which was such a lovely touch. The hammam ended with 3 buckets of cold/ice water — intense but refreshing and great for the pores. I then enjoyed a short break with Japanese tea and protein date balls before moving on to a 60-minute full-body massage. I chose medium pressure and, although I was quite tense (especially in the shoulders and neck), the massage felt amazing and really helped release the tension. Everything was done without any rush, and the therapist truly took her time. It’s honestly one of the best spa experiences I’ve had so far. A big thank you to Nanies, who took such great care of me, her attention, technique, and professionalism made the whole experience exceptional. Highly recommended!

Went for a couples massage. Honestly not value for money. Too overpriced, I understand it's in Burj Al Arab, but still. You definitely feel pampered and spa is amazing, but wasn't too happy with the therapists. Place is clean. You can enter facilities like pool and jacuzzi. There is mixed pool and also one for ladies/gents only

Tried Jumeirah Muscle Recovery Massage 90min and it was exceptional. It was amazing experience, enjoyed the whole experience. Thanks to Menaka for the excellent massage. Would definitely come back again. Totally worth it.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my 90-minute massage session on Sunday, May 18th. Unfortunately, the overall experience wasn’t quite what I had hoped for. While I understand every therapist has a unique style, I personally found the pressure and handling to be a bit uncomfortable throughout the session. For instance, I felt the movements were a little too abrupt—especially when lifting and placing my arms—which made it difficult to fully relax. At one point, I also felt a sharp pinch around my left shoulder area, and I’ve been experiencing some discomfort there since. Additionally, I had raised a concern during the session about a scratchy sensation, and although the therapist mentioned it might be due to her cuticles and offered to fix it, the issue unfortunately persisted. This is just my personal experience and not meant to be disrespectful in any way. I truly appreciate the effort and understand that not every session can be a perfect fit. I just felt it was important to share this feedback so it can be taken into consideration for future sessions. Thank you for your understanding, and I hope to have a more relaxing experience next time.

We just did a couple massage with Egiana and Pamy and they were excellent , pressure, focus area I really enjoyed it and will come back. Also Bobby was a great assistance to me very flexible and very friendly. Thank you for making our experience great.
