Firstly want to say they have the most lovely staff! I was happy with my salon experience, however the nail quality was poor for the premium price. It seemed like they might not have all the tools a nail salon usually would. I asked to shorten the length to where my natural nails start to remove all the build up that was there before. Unfortunately they were left longer and not cleaned with a machine on the inside but a wooden pick. I paid AED600 for gel removal + gel mani-pedi. After this price my nails should not be left with noticeable build up underneath. It was late in the evening and I didn’t want to be a difficult customer. Again nothing on the staff themselves, just wanted to flag the quality of the nails against the price. UPDATE: One of my nails completely broke, less than one week after the manicure!!!
I recently visited Chado Spa, and I absolutely loved my experience! The place has such a relaxing and elegant atmosphere — honestly, it’s the best and most well-organized salon in Dubai. The service was exceptional, and everything felt clean, professional, and welcoming. Irish and Roselyn were both incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. They made me feel very comfortable and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. I truly appreciated their professionalism and warm attitude. I highly recommend Chado Spa — it’s definitely my favorite spot, and I’ll be coming back for sure!

I went to Chado to get my eyebrows done and eyelash extensions, and the whole experience was amazing! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The space itself is absolutely beautiful and feels very relaxing. I’m so happy with the results. Highly recommend!
Very innovative wellness center, each treatment room has it’s own atmosphere and the staff is very skilled. Perfect for finding a gift for yourself or your loved ones. My favorite in Dubai. Just had a treatment with Rose : I experienced heaven !
