Great massage by therapist Budi/Putu. Thank you Putu. Great offer by Sham for 2 treatment for my mother and I. Excellent competitive price with great therapists! The hotel was lovely very central and easily accessible. Welcome was kind and helpful pleasant. Facilities were clean. Welcome drink and towel was offered to start. My mother had aromatherapy masssage and reflexology by Arpi and she was very happy with it. Thank you Arpi! We had access to jacuzzi steam and sauna but unfortunately no time to avail. There were men around so I wouldn’t say it was completely ladies only but I’m sure if you ask then they be mindful of this. No men in treatment rooms have obviously so I was satisfied. Teas and snack was also offered after the treatment which is an extra nice touch. I would highly recommended and definitely return on my next trip with more time to use the facilities. Thank you to the whole team!!!
I had the most relaxing Balinese massage experience today at Soul Sense Spa. From the soothing ambiance to the therapist’s (Ms. Diana) gentle yet perfectly firm touch, everything was pure bliss. The combination of smooth stretches and aromatic oils completely melted away my stress. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply relaxed. Highly recommended if you need a true escape from the busy world.
So glad I visited this new branch! The ambiance is perfect for a quick escape, and the facilities are brand new and spotless. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel like a VIP. My treatment was absolutely divine and exceeded all my expectations. It’s a fantastic addition to the neighborhood—I can’t wait for my next appointment!.
