What the visit feels like
The usual flow at a UAE day spa: a short consultation and changing buffer, 60 minutes on the treatment table, a quick word about what worked, and out. Some venues have a small relaxation area for tea afterwards — ask Royal Siam Spa whether it does.
One concrete piece of advice: tell the therapist exactly what you want from the treatment. "Stress relief", "muscle recovery" and "general relaxation" lead to genuinely different work. Pressure preference comes next, then any allergies to oils or scents. If language matters, ask Royal Siam Spa on WhatsApp before you book.

Royal Siam Spa is a little gem in Etihad Plaza : clean, quiet and peaceful. Affordable prices and the girls are super accommodating and welcoming. Master Pon did a fantastic job with my hair colour and Ava does a proper Thai massage. Clarrise at the reception made sure I got everything I needed and that I come back 😀 there are quality products for nails also (OPI, Orly and builder gel). I left super relaxed. Definitely recommend! Tell your friends about it! 😉
Been here many times and I'm never disappointed. From the hospitality to the service and overall quality, everything is amazing. Thank you to Rechelle for always doing my nails exactly how I want them. And to the entire staff who is always so sweet, kind and welcoming every time, and the place is very cozy and relaxing
I had my nails done at Royal Siam Spa and I’m so happy with the result! Rachel did my nails and she is truly amazing. She is very professional, friendly, and pays great attention to detail. I really love how my nails turned out — they look beautiful and perfectly done. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back again!
I visited Spa Royal Siam today and had a really pleasant experience. I went in for hair coloring, manicure, and pedicure, and everything was done very professionally. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the services. The complimentary massage was a nice bonus and very relaxing—it added a special touch to the overall experience. I’m happy with the results and the quality of service. I would definitely recommend Spa Royal Siam to anyone looking for good salon and spa services.
You can always tell when a place was created by someone who truly understands women💝. Every little detail in this spa feels like quiet appreciation 🌸 soft, thoughtful, beautiful. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful this spa is. From the decor to the staff, everything radiates warmth and care. I’m a little hesitant to mention my therapist by name, as she might become too popular🤗, but I’ll say this: all the therapists here are incredibly professional. Mine was Ava, and she has nothing but magic hands 🙌 you don’t even need to explain your issues, she just knows. And of course, the little touch at the end a cup of tea with some sweet treats 🌸is just the perfect way to complete the experience. Absolutely recommend!

Local know-how
The practical stuff
The before / during / after of a visit to Royal Siam Spa — practical, not ceremonial.
How to book
Booking Royal Siam Spa: WhatsApp the team with a date, time and treatment, and wait for their written confirmation before heading over. Be on site 10 minutes early for the changing room, paperwork and therapist consultation. Booking ahead is recommended; walk-ins are inconsistent.
Payment and gratuity
Cash, debit and credit are typically accepted; WhatsApp to confirm Apple Pay or a specific card type before arriving. Tipping isn't required but appreciated — 10–15% of the treatment price for great service is the local standard. Cash tips handed directly to the therapist are common.
What to do after
Post-treatment: drink water aggressively, eat light, avoid intense exercise for 12 hours. After a facial, no new products that evening. The peak feeling is usually 12–24 hours after the treatment, not immediately.
