Really happy with the physio sessions and advice I received from Syed Ali at BounceBack. I had been struggling for a long time to figure out the root cause of my neck and shoulder-blade pain and chronic tight hamstrings. Mr. Syed Ali quickly identified the issues immediately and gave me the right advice on how to address them. Especially for my tight hamstrings, after following his advice, the problem has almost completely disappeared. I’m very grateful and overall really happy with the service at BounceBack. I’ve been to a few physios in Abu Dhabi, but here they found my issue right away and guided me properly. One small suggestion: in other physio centers, they usually fill in the insurance forms, scan and email them with all the required documents. At BounceBack this didn’t seem to be their standard practice, although after asking the second time I was there, the team did scan and send them. It would be great if this could become part of their standard process, without having to ask. Georgios M.

How can I put even more stars?! I cannot recommend this place strongly enough, nor can I thank and praise Tim enough! I have visited Bounce Back a number of times where Tim really helped me with severe hip immobility. He was quite structured and measured in his diagnosis, and gave me plenty of exercises to do at home, and not just push me to keep coming back to him. This helped me improve a lot. On one of my visits, I had a sore calf and immediately upon looking at the sore spot, Tim recognized it as a Deep Vein Thrombosis and made it very clear to me that I needed to visit a hospital ASAP, and even made me an appointment at the closest one. I do think that he really ended up saving my life, as I was indeed (and belatedly) diagnosed with DVT and immediately started on blood thinners. Tim did not charge me for his “lost session” and even messaged me a few days later to check on me. I will forever be immensely thankful for the care and attention Tim gave me, above all!

I am a usual patient at the clinic and never had issues before but recently called to inquire about a specific specialty that you may/may not offer and requested to speak to a physio to ask but the lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and literally screaming at me. I found this EXTREMELY unprofessional and honestly feel bad for the owners and physios there who had my business but now because of this incident I am reluctant to come by again. I even tried to call back several times afterwards she was not answering my calls anymore. I must have called 3-4 more times. How childish and unprofessional! By the way I only asked to speak with a physio because there was some information which she simply didn't know. Should be completely reasonable to speak to a physio when they have time (even if the lady who answer the phones gives a complete answer but you would like some more details from the physio to make sure, which was not the case). This should be adressed promptly by your company as she clearly is making you loose patients and from other reviews. I am not the only one complaining about a person who answers the calls. I don’t want to get the wrong person in trouble but something should be done to the concerned person. She answered my call 2 Fridays ago I think.

After major back surgery at a young age I was giving a return to play programme from Tim. This included hands on Physio sessions and a number of sessions in the gym. He was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend. Very generous with his time and feedback whenever I contact him.
