I had an amazing experience with Jazz spa. I want to praise Anas for the kind and warm hospitality and thank you Kimberly for an amazing foot massage. Highly recommend this salon as a nice peaceful escape in the mall.
I had a 90 minute full body sport massage with Roman. Male therapist. I am an older, age 82 active man. Over the years I have sustained several sporting injuries. Roman used many different massage techniques in a very knowledgeable and professional way. The treatment ended with a totally relaxing facial. The spa is immaculately clean. I recommend it without hesitation.
Worst Experience Ever! I’ve never been this frustrated with a spa before. Raquel made my back massage booking and clearly had no idea what she was doing. It was badly handled from the start. But the real issue was with Liana at the reception — extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of giving me a proper massage room, she told me to go sit in the nail room where they would “just put a bed” for the massage. Are you kidding me? No privacy, no comfort, no respect at all. It was honestly shocking. She spoke to me like I was a burden, with such attitude. I didn’t feel welcome for even one second. I came here to relax and ended up feeling angry and humiliated. This is supposed to be a spa — not some last-minute, unprofessional setup. Terrible service. Terrible attitude. Never coming back.
First and last time. Faded, tempted… not even close. Barbers are trash; no wonder they were empty. I received a quick “trashy” cut; it was a complete rush job. When I got home and saw my cut under better lighting, one side had more hair. Lol. Never again.
I would like to sincerely thank Roland for the excellent pedicure service he provided. His work was highly professional, precise, and clearly reflects his experience and attention to detail. His polite and caring manner made the whole experience very comfortable and pleasant. Thank you, Roland, for such outstanding service.
