*I had a very disappointing experience * The staff, especially Mini, behaved very unprofessionally with a terrible attitude. There was no sense of customer care — the focus was only on money, not on service or satisfaction. I strongly advise others to avoid this place. It lacks professionalism and respect for the customers.

Ambiance was good and reception staff was very nice. Amazing VIP rooms. But I am very disappointed, Moroccan bath was not like Moroccan bathes I have experienced before. I didn’t feel like my body was properly bathed with loofa, water was cold at the beginning and steam didn’t warm properly so I laid around 5-10 minutes in cool temperature. Massage was shorter than expected and not the one I asked. Staff said because bath took longer, and it took longer because I requested to bath my back again since it wasn’t done properly from 1st attempt. Overall didn’t feel myself cleaned and relaxed
