Had a wonderful stay at Naama Beach Resort. Great location, beautiful property, and a very relaxing vibe overall. Special thanks to Kaleem, Pradeep, and James — they were extremely helpful, professional, and made sure everything was smooth throughout our stay. Their support truly elevated the experience. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve been to. My experience at Naama surpassed all expectations and made our anniversary unforgettable. I was blown away by the Villa, the private pool in my Villa is probably the biggest I’ve seen in any of the private pools I’ve ever had, you even get jacuzzi, pomegranate tree and lots of seating space. The whole villa’s decor is classy and having a sauna in each Villa makes Naama in a class of its own. The villa was soo good that we hardly went to the beach or main pool, you also hardly see any other guests. Apart from the Villa and service being of top quality, the food was also one of the best I’ve ever had. The ingredients are definitely not basic, some of the flavours are just indescribable. The caramelized fig on the pizza is one of the best things I’ve seen on a pizza, even the fact that you get to design your own pizza and pasta is a nice touch. I couldn’t stop trying different things at breakfast, even something as simple as having 6 different types of infused honey was making me eager or the waffle being crispy outside but cake-like in the inside. The service throughout was definitely of a 5* hotel. I’d like to thank Parastini for providing me with the extra info I requested before booking. Then Florian (manager) and Rina got in touch with me to help plan our time at Naama. I was able to contact Rina whenever I needed to, even before checking in. She was extremely helpful, responsive and always went out of her way to make our stay better, even on her day off and we hope to see her again. Florian was an amazing host, we had lots of lovely conversations, he showed us one of his National dishes, then a tour of the spa/gym, he also had my car washed and then had cookies and water placed in the car for our journey back home. The other staff I came in contact with were Revanth, Rajesh & Suraj. They were very helpful with lunch, dinner & breakfast. All 3 were very helpful and extremely generous. Naama also set up a romantic dinner for my wife and I on the beach to celebrate our anniversary. On top of this, I sent a picture of my wife and I, they put the picture in a nicer background and had it framed for us. All of this was very thoughtful and made the anniversary better.

Naäma’s Luxury Facade Crumbles: Unauthorised image taking in occupied villas/ local authority attendance £17,000 at Naäma as a single woman traveling alone. General Manager Mr Helmy chose not to contact me. Naäma’s ethos towards it's customers is to mistreat their privacy and exploit them. On arrival I was given an incorrect villa, offered an upgrade I ended up paying for that villa full cost by the end. Any claims they attempt to make have been finalised in this starting. Naäma staff entered my villa without consent and photographed the interior, capturing belongings and a letter with my name. Circulated on WhatsApp amongst staff. This is prohibited by law, is not standard policy in hospitality setting for GDPR LAWS. Letters with hearts from a staff member revealed targeted intrusion in a hotel claiming luxury. 12 September 2025, LOCAL AUTHORITY conducted a 5hr investigation in the lobby, demanding Naama staff to present phone contents one by one. Images from my villa and other guests’ rooms, including champagne setups, bed layouts, and minibar pictures taken after guests had unpacked, were recovered. A shocking display of interference of expected privacy, paid for to this value. Two photographs Operations Manager Mr Niessing denied were uncovered in authority presence. F&B Manager Ms Aboelela refused to account for staff actions. Mr Joseph, Front Desk Manager, admitted via WhatsApp he directed staff to take and distribute photos. They tried to claim it was fine because the images only captured a few things or minimal personal posesions like my airpods, disregarding this is a gross violating act. Mr Niessing’s statements shifted; he denied photos, then admitted one, then two, and claimed possessions were not shown, presenting this as standard policy. When the officer left to retrieve a document, Mr Niessing sat across from me in a vacant lobby, staring in silence. His conduct was intimidating, which is why the authority asked if I was safe when he returned. The authority instructed Mr Niessing to apologise or face a report; he complied but not before making remarks designed to unsettle me despite no misconduct on my part. Mr Niessing misrepresented a service order, stating it had been left in the living room. A female employee entered while I was not dressed, claiming she had already left. CCTV confirmed her entry despite Mr Niessing’s denial. Restaurant charges were fabricated as “shared with Mr Joseph.” Mr Niessing and Mr Joseph had dinner with me twice but claimed shared meals. Their meals are staff food but were billed to me. Mr Niessing claimed I ordered Guinness for him for alcohol he consumed on duty. He boasted about arranging escorts for a reporter at Four Seasons in front of staff when tipsy. Mr Niessing, Mr Joseph disclosed HR matters, including spa therapist Nada, she bruised me during a massage. She was fired following complaints and conflicts in staff housing. They discussed housing problems with me, criticised managers, and exposed details of Nadas foot injury and physical conflict with spa host Shakira. A receptionist was dismissed who checked me in, according to Mr Niessing because of other guest complaints. Staff gossiped, naming Mr Wilson in villa 105, he checked out 11pm, sharing details against policy of his work meetings in central Dubai. Mr Helmy avoided accountability, alleging WhatsApp to be on a flight with the local authority in the lobby. Ms Ibrahim confirmed he would reply but he failed to do so. Naäma promotes a “private beach.” I was approached twice in one day by unknown men. Advertising this as private is misleading when outsiders are allowed onto the sand and upper beach, not only the shoreline. Guests leaving protect yourselves! Get confirmation that images from villas are erased! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. The person below me in this section, is not a guest, which the hotel knows, he did not stay at the hotel he is an instagram poster with over 300k people. I know this because staff showed me his card they gave them whilst I was at the pool. An indecent assault on my privacy.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience at their spa! Their spa treatments were truly relaxing, and the staff’s hospitality made me feel so welcomed and cared for. I’ll definitely be coming back

It was our second visit and we loved it. Great team, love their attention to detail. A big shout out to our butler lady, Zulfi. She has been very kind and professional.
