Royal M Hotel & Resort by Gewan Al Aqah Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful seaside hotel. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach, with stunning ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention Rakesh, who provided outstanding service. He was professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. His excellent service truly made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea, and we look forward to coming back again.

The rooms are really spacious and the view is lovely. The beach is tidy and the lifeguards are active. That’s where the positives end. The service here is sub-par. Rooms aren’t cleaned on a daily basis (not even beds made or bathrooms washed), they do replace the water and towels at least. The food is not of high quality or variety, although the staff seem to do the best with what they have. We booked 2 rooms and requested adjoining rooms but were given rooms at opposite ends of the floor instead (completely impractical for young kids) and no solutions offered-it was as though our arrival was a complete surprise to the staff at the front desk. Maybe this used to be a 5-star resort but now it caters exclusively to chartered vacations from Russia. If you’ve been to any kind of 5-star resort in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, you will be left wanting here.

I had a two-night reservation at this hotel, where I spent New Year’s Eve, and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional and unforgettable experience. From the very first moment until departure, everything was perfectly organized and exceeded my expectations. The preparation for the New Year’s Eve celebration was impressive in every detail. The atmosphere, decorations, entertainment program, and overall organization reflected a very high standard of professionalism. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and of outstanding quality, clearly prepared with great care and attention. The entire evening was well-coordinated and created a warm, festive, and joyful ambiance that made the celebration truly special. What made this stay even more remarkable was the outstanding staff. Every team member was polite, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction. Their professionalism and positive attitude were evident throughout the entire stay. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mrs. Diana Kornilakis, the General Manager, for her exceptional leadership and personal involvement. She is a very humble, welcoming, and always smiling person, with remarkable organizational skills. Her presence and attention to guests truly reflect her commitment to excellence and high-quality service. I would also like to warmly thank Mrs. Latifa at the reception for her kindness, constant smile, and willingness to help at all times. Her professionalism and friendly approach made everything easy and stress-free, contributing greatly to the overall positive experience. Thanks to the excellent service, welcoming atmosphere, and high standards maintained throughout the hotel, my stay was truly enjoyable and relaxing. I left with wonderful memories and complete satisfaction. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality stay, exceptional service, and a memorable vacation experience.

It has been such a wonderful experience exploring the mountain vibes of Royal M Al Aqah Beach Resort — truly a place to reset and recharge. Everything is complete, from the facilities to the relaxing ambiance. The food served was exceptional, and the excellent selection of liquors crafted by the expert bartender made it even more enjoyable — definitely something that will keep you coming back. Special mention to the amazing staff — Lama, Mervin, Abdullah, and Hossam. Their outstanding service and warm hospitality made the experience truly memorable.

Our stay at Royal M Hotel & Resort by Gewan Al Aqah was exceptional. We stayed in the King Suite, a massive two-bedroom suite with a living room that offered incredible comfort and space. The pool and beach areas are immaculate and very well-organized, and the kitchen serves truly delicious, high-quality food. The service was the highlight, from a smooth check-in to the attentive hostess team. A special thanks to the Head of Hostess Service, Mr. Daud, who was fast and efficient in solving everything we needed. One suggestion: It would be great to have separated beach bench areas for adults only and families with kids to further enhance the guest experience. Overall, a fantastic resort. We will definitely be back!
