Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Rooms are comfy and clean. Xiebel was very nice and kind to us. great customer service with a smile. Thanks as well to the great chefs, Chef Myra, Haroon and Anggelo. Pool is a bit too cold though and would have been nice if the heater was turned on regularly. Overall still a nice experience.
We had an amazing stay. The room service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping our room perfectly clean, and the restaurant service was outstanding. We would especially like to thank the waitress Xiebel, who was very attentive and kind. We truly appreciate the delicious food and the exceptional service. We also want to thank the lovely lifeguards at the pool for their attentiveness and for ensuring everyone’s safety. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
We had an amazing stay at Fujaira Rotana. On our arrival, they welcome us with smile and made sure that we are comfortable. The beachfront villa is so nice with own small garden where my kids played. The room is clean and beautiful. The view of the beach is so relaxing. In Sharkeys bar, we enjoyed their coctails while we also enjoyed the beachview. I would like say my special thanks to Xiebel for taking good care of us. You are so kind and helpful. Thank you so much. My family had a great time. We will always remember you everytime we remember Fujaira Rotana. We enjoyed the food. Thank you also to Chef Myra, Chef Haroon and Chef Anggelo for making us feel special. Thank you for the Birthday Cake and for singing. Thank you to all the staff in the restaurant for the amazing service.
Great service and location! View was excellent! Expect to see both mountain and beach view. I also love how the hotel try to initiate activities such as zumba to engage the guests. The rooms were adequate but the service is excellent! The staff were very proactive and anticipate our needs, especially Xiebel and Kaung. Overall, it was a memorable valentines day stay for us!
Thank you to the Rotana Hotel for your hospitality! I'd like to highlight the wonderful atmosphere for children, the convenient location and proximity to the sea, and the very attentive and friendly staff (special thanks to Xiebel and Aisha). We arrived late at night, but they organized a wonderful private dinner for us. We'll be happy to visit you again!
