Your visit
What to expect at M Spa
On a first visit to a spa, expect a short intake form — pressure preference, injuries, oil allergies — before the treatment. Many venues offer water or herbal tea while you wait. From arrival to walking out, a 60-minute session typically takes 80–95 minutes; M Spa can confirm its own routine.
The conversation that matters happens before the treatment: pressure preference (firm, medium, light), any pain or injury, allergies (especially to oils such as almond, sesame or argan), and music or silence. Ask M Spa on WhatsApp whether it can match you with a therapist who speaks your preferred language.
