Your first visit to Jumeirah Best SPA & Massage Center
Check-in at most UAE spas is quick: a consent form, a robe or towel, and somewhere to leave your phone and valuables. The treatment usually begins after a brief conversation about pressure and focus areas. Ask Jumeirah Best SPA & Massage Center whether it has lockers if that matters to you.
Pre-treatment consultations are usually short but important. Confirm pressure (many visitors go for "firm but not painful"), flag any joint or back issues, mention oil allergies up front, and say whether you want to chat or sleep. Since what happened during my visit, I haven’t been feeling well at all. I experienced something that made me extremely uncomfortable, including intimate touching without my consent. This is not acceptable in any setting. I’m truly shaken and hope no one else has to go through this.
Worst experience of my life. They don’t know how to give a massage. I honestly don’t think this is a ‘normal’ massage center, if you know what I mean. I’m traumatized.. these girls traumatized me.

Practical guide
Practical guide to Jumeirah Best SPA & Massage Center
What to prepare, what happens during, and how to recover — the practical pipeline.
Booking and check-in
Most people contact Jumeirah Best SPA & Massage Center via WhatsApp; if you don't hear back within the hour, call the listed number instead. Plan to be on site 10 minutes early — that's the buffer for changing, a short consultation form and a chat with the therapist about pressure. Advance booking is the safer route here; walk-ins only sometimes work.
Settling the bill (and tip)
Cards and cash both work for payment (confirm Apple Pay specifics on WhatsApp). Tipping isn't required; the local convention is 10–15% in cash, handed to the therapist personally rather than processed through reception.
After the treatment
Hydrate well — both massage and hammam release fluids and minor toxins. Avoid intense exercise for 12 hours. If you had a facial, skip new skincare products that evening and let the skin breathe. Most visitors leave feeling looser; the full effect lands 12–24 hours later.
