This was my first time trying this spa in Dubai, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the very first WhatsApp conversation, the response was quick, clear, and extremely helpful in assisting me to choose the right massage. Special thanks to the WhatsApp coordinator for the excellent communication. Upon arrival, I was welcomed warmly by the staff. They offered hot drinks and dates, and I was given a consultation form to fill out before the massage, which made the experience feel very professional and personalized. My therapist, Marsh, was amazing. Her Balinese massage was incredible, and on top of her great technique, she had such a lovely and positive attitude that made the session even more enjoyable. After the massage, I was taken to the relaxation area and provided with a warm neck compress, which was the perfect way to end the experience. Highly recommended — I will definitely be coming back!
Great Spa facilities; the place is amazing ✨ The staffs are very welcoming, kind and did a good service 🧖🏻♀️ They do have amazing selection of skin care, so refreshing creams scents & oils products 🧴👍🏻💯
A couple of hours went by in a blink of an eye - relaxing massage and their facilities such as sauna room, jacuzzi, and the post-massage lounge where they provide a nice warm tea and a cozy blanket - a perfect pamper day experience. Every staff I encountered from the beginning till the end of the day was very professional and welcoming. Clare, one of the staff who looked after my friend and me made it extra special with her kindness and personalized customer service. ✨️
My therapist’s name was vini , she was incredibly skilled—this was one of the best reflexology massages I’ve had I really appreciated how professional and attentive she was Thank you so much She made my day
Had my first visit to Cleopatra Spa for aromatherapy and a mani-pedi, and honestly, I loved the whole experience! The team was super warm and welcoming. My therapist, Janet, took amazing care of me — loved that she didn’t talk during the session, so I could fully relax and enjoy it. Even before the appointment, the customer service was great — with all reminders and updates. Definitely coming back soon!

Your visit
What to expect at Cleopatra's Spa
A rough timeline for a 60-minute booking at a typical day spa: 5 minutes to check in, 5 to change and fill in a form, 60 on the treatment table, and about 10 to dress, pay and leave. That's around 1 hour 30 minutes in total — Cleopatra's Spa can confirm on WhatsApp.
The conversation that matters happens before the treatment: pressure preference (firm, medium, light), any pain or injury, allergies (especially to oils such as almond, sesame or argan), and music or silence. Ask Cleopatra's Spa on WhatsApp whether it can match you with a therapist who speaks your preferred language.

What you need to know on arrival
A short pre-booking briefing — preparation, the visit itself, the post-treatment 24 hours.
Reservation flow
WhatsApp is the local norm — many dubai venues reply quickly during business hours, though response times vary. Arrive 10 minutes early to change, complete a short form, and tell the therapist your pressure preference and any injury notes. Booking ahead is strongly recommended; walk-ins may slot in during off-peak hours.
Tipping and payment
Payment and tipping: most cards work; double-check Apple Pay via WhatsApp before arriving. Tip in cash, directly to the therapist — AED 50–100 is the standard for a 60-minute treatment you enjoyed.
Aftercare
Aftercare basics: hydrate, eat lightly, skip intense exercise for the day. Facial-specific: no new products that night, SPF in the morning. Hammam-specific: stay out of direct sun for the next 24 hours.
