The best hydrafacial I've ever had, by far. Jenny's hands were light but thorough, with just the right amount of pressure. She was very patient and considerate with my concerns and questions. Where other skin therapists just rub or dab, she meticulously inspected and massaged the serums and creams on my face and neck. I like that their products were top notch, too. The clinic is clean and with a cozy ambience. I cannot recommend Silk Clinics enough...will definitely be back. ❤️🥰
I had such a wonderful experience at Silk Clinics! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and made me feel at ease. The clinic is spotless, modern, and relaxing—perfect for anyone who feels nervous about dental or aesthetic treatments. I've been visiting Silk Clinics since April 27th 2021 at times for PRP, Exosome Stem Cell Therapy or HydraFacial but consistently and always for full body laser hair removal. After the first 1.5 years, I've only had to go for laser roughly every 3 months and overall the clinic just has really quality service-delivery, great pricing strategies, quick adoption of the latest beauty procedures and actually friendly personable staff. Particularly in terms of staff, Naomi is excellent and there hasn't been a day in the last 4.5 years where she hasn't carried herself with a positive and uplifting demeanour. Always do your research in terms of any procedures you're going to get, along with their prices but, hand-on-heart, the staff have been nothing but kind, welcoming and very warm to me over the last 4.5 years. I'm not paid or benefiting in any way from this review, I wrote it over the last 20 minutes and, on the basis of my research pricing-wise and my experience overall, I really do think they're one of the best clinics in Dubai.
I've had two hydra facials in Silk Clinics and loved my experience! I highly recommend the clinic to those who have skin problems, they offer free consultation before every treatment and treat you with TLC all throughout. Special mention to their very informative & efficient receptionist Theresa and their skilled & kind nurse Noemi!
My experience with Silk was truly amazing. Jennifer is one of the most professional and caring nurses I’ve ever me, her expertise really shows. A big thank you as well to Miss Didi and the rest of the team for their exceptional care and support!
