Worst hotel experience ever. City Tower Hotel – Fujairah. The way guests are treated is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful. The staff and management clearly do not understand the meaning of hospitality. What is even more shocking is that the hotel intentionally cut off the electricity in the room just to force the guest to leave, simply because they suddenly wanted to increase the price for illogical and unjustified reasons. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they resorted to cheap and unethical tactics like cutting the power, as if the guest has no value at all. This behavior is completely unprofessional and feels closer to extortion than hotel management. No respect, no transparency, and no credibility whatsoever. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. What happened to me can easily happen to any other guest. A truly terrible experience, and I will never stay here again.

The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained with higher floors offering pleasant city and mountain views. Staff are frequently praised for being friendly, courteous and helpful adding a welcoming touch to the overall experience. With good value for money, reliable amenities, and a relaxed atmosphere, the hotel is a solid choice for both business travelers and short leisure stays in Fujairah.

I have been staying more often in Fujairah; which gives me ways to explore the hotel and it’s experience i have. I feel it will be really helpful to the viewers especially when they decide on the hotel stay. Firstly the hotel is very reasonably priced and to some extend it is worth the money since it is really convenient to nearby shopping mall, theatre’s, restaurants. Considering the rooms - it’s clean but some things which are minimal but needs to pointed out are the AC which i centrally controlled by them. Suddenly its high suddenly low… the wash basin sink drain in washroom is open which looks very dirty n unpleasant. This i experienced in my stay twice. So overall it’s really worth the money stay.

Very disappointing stay – poor service and unprofessional experience Upon check-in, I was given a room that was not cleaned and not ready for a guest. I was then moved to another room. I requested an ashtray and laundry service, but no one came for more than one hour despite several calls. The staff member who collected my laundry said it would take 1 day, while the reception said 2 days, showing poor communication and inconsistent information. I also requested repair of the room phone, and until the time of writing this review, it has not been fixed, which made communication with reception and services very difficult. Additionally, I ordered food through a delivery app, and the hotel refused to let the delivery person bring it to my room, and also refused to send any staff to assist, forcing me to go downstairs and collect it myself. This level of service is unprofessional and unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Honestly, I do not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their customer service.

I wouldn't recommend this I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It was a complete waste of money, and I strongly suggest checking other options. The bathroom door was broken, the washbasin was blocked, and the room was not clean. There was a strong dusty smell throughout. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were mixed into one bottle, and it was empty. I was extremely disappointed that I spent my money here.
