I’ve done a couple of sessions at this Ayurvedic Massage Center, and I am very happy with the experience. The center is very clean, neat, and well maintained. The staff are cordial, welcoming, and always ready to help. The doctors are also available for any consultation, which is beneficial . The therapists are excellent , friendly, understanding, and caring. A special mention to Sreesa, who did my sessions today and last time as well. She is truly wonderful , caring and highly skilled. She genuinely loves what she does. I highly recommend her. Thank you so much for the great service!

I came to first time to the Chandran gurukkal for body massage for back pain and some other issues. The receptionist are very good & responsible .. Mrs. Anjitha gave me all the information clearly about the treatment and explained everything. She gave me all the information which I asked. Then the therapist Mr.kumar gave me a good therapy for me. After end of the session I felt totally different in my body. He told my health issues himself and advice me follow up and change the some food habits. Sreesa is an incredible therapist. Before each session, she chants Lord Krishna’s name, which instantly creates a sense of calm, grounding, and trust. Her energy and aura are deeply humble, positive, and reassuring. You can truly feel her presence and intention in the way she listens and guides. If someone is suffering from severe pain, they will try everything possible to get relief. I visited this clinic while I was in severe pain. The first thing I asked at the reception was whether my insurance was covered. The receptionist asked for my Emirates ID and said she would check and inform me. I waited for some time. Later, she called me and sent me directly to the doctor without informing me whether my insurance was covered or not. After the consultation, the doctor recommended several treatments and asked me to go back to the reception for further guidance. At the reception, I was then informed that my insurance was not covered, and that I would have to pay for the treatment myself. The cost per session was also very high and beyond my budget. I told them I needed time to think and would come back later. However, while leaving, I was told that I must pay the consultation fee before I could go. My concern is simple: why was I not informed about the insurance coverage before being sent to the doctor? This situation could have been avoided with clear communication. When someone comes in severe pain, transparency is very important. This felt more like a business approach rather than genuine care for the patient.
