My friend recommends me of Mantra Ayurveda Clinic . It is located on the 2nd floor of Healthcare City Building 64. After a consultation with the doctor, I signed up for a 12 session course. Jiya, my therapist, is absolutely exceptional. She is professional, and her massage is both powerful and incredibly delicate, truly a pair of “golden hands.” Her thoughtful and attentive technique relaxes me so deeply that I often fall asleep. On my first visit, I accidentally left behind one of my earrings. When I returned to look for it, they even checked a trash bin for me. It turned out the earring had fallen near the automatic doors on the first floor of the building. The receptionist’s support during this incident was wonderful as well, and they always send timely reminders to confirm appointments. With their professionalism, sincerity, and excellent customer care, Mantra is a clinic I trust and highly recommend.

I’ve been to this salon several times, and I can truly say it’s a very memorable experience of hierarchical massage. For a full hour, you completely switch off, relax, and let your body reset. The massage works deeply on the nervous system, helping release tension and bringing a profound sense of calm. After the session, you walk out feeling renewed, as if all the accumulated negativity has simply melted away. They also use special hierarchical complementary oils, which enhance muscle relaxation and make the experience even more effective.
