My friend recommends me of Mantra Ayurveda Clinic . It is located on the 2nd floor of Healthcare City Building 64. After a consultation with the doctor, I signed up for a 12 session course. Jiya, my therapist, is absolutely exceptional. She is professional, and her massage is both powerful and incredibly delicate, truly a pair of “golden hands.” Her thoughtful and attentive technique relaxes me so deeply that I often fall asleep. On my first visit, I accidentally left behind one of my earrings. When I returned to look for it, they even checked a trash bin for me. It turned out the earring had fallen near the automatic doors on the first floor of the building. The receptionist’s support during this incident was wonderful as well, and they always send timely reminders to confirm appointments. With their professionalism, sincerity, and excellent customer care, Mantra is a clinic I trust and highly recommend.
We had a wonderful experience at Mantra Ayurveda Centre. We took the 28-day package, and it was truly worth it. The doctor was very attentive and kept in touch with frequent calls to check on our progress, which we really appreciated. Our therapist Jasmine was amazing, she bonded so well with our baby. She helped me recover from severe back pain and made each session relaxing and comfortable. We are really thankful to the whole team for their care, professionalism, and warmth. Highly recommend Mantra Ayurveda Centre to all new moms.
I’ve been to this salon several times, and I can truly say it’s a very memorable experience of hierarchical massage. For a full hour, you completely switch off, relax, and let your body reset. The massage works deeply on the nervous system, helping release tension and bringing a profound sense of calm. After the session, you walk out feeling renewed, as if all the accumulated negativity has simply melted away. They also use special hierarchical complementary oils, which enhance muscle relaxation and make the experience even more effective. Thank you, Ansmitha, for such a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating massage experience. I would definitely recommend trying this massage at least once — it’s something you feel not only during the session, but long after it ends.
We took a 28 day package for our daughter after her delivery. The communication from Mantra was super good as well as the massage and bath for both mother and baby. Thank you Mantra
Had an amazing experience of postnatal care. It was rejuvenating and relaxing. Special mention to my therapist Jiya who was very professional and caring and created a good bond with my child as well.

Confirm pressure (many visitors go for "firm but not painful"), flag any joint or back issues, mention oil allergies up front, and say whether you want to chat or sleep. Local know-how
The practical stuff
Pre-visit prep, on-site flow, post-treatment care — the practical sequence for Mantra Ayurveda Clinic FZ-LLC.
How to book
Most people contact Mantra Ayurveda Clinic FZ-LLC via WhatsApp; if you don't hear back within the hour, call the listed number instead. Plan to be on site 10 minutes early — that's the buffer for changing, a short consultation form and a chat with the therapist about pressure. Advance booking is the safer route here; walk-ins only sometimes work.
Payment and gratuity
Cards and cash both work for payment (confirm Apple Pay specifics on WhatsApp). Tipping isn't required; the local convention is 10–15% in cash, handed to the therapist personally rather than processed through reception.
What to do after
Hydrate well — both massage and hammam release fluids and minor toxins. Avoid intense exercise for 12 hours. If you had a facial, skip new skincare products that evening and let the skin breathe. Most visitors leave feeling looser; the full effect lands 12–24 hours later.
