Swasthya Ayurveda

Swasthya is a decent place, however my recent experience for Shirodhara didn't measure up. While the treatment itself was fine, but the entire point about Shirodhara treatment helping you relax was lost as there was a lot of noise and disturbance. Mostly it was staff members talking, laughing and watching videos on their phone on full volume. I complained, and I complained and I complained and then I complained some more. There would be reduced noise for a few minutes and then it would start again. It was complete waste of time and money for me. I got several apologies from the therapist but he was helpless and no one was taking him and my complaints seriously. Maybe I should have just left mid way rather than enduring this. When I spoke to the reception, they said right now no one from the management is there and they will share the feedback with the management. I don't know if it was done, I have not received a call back, and I don't know if what I said was even taken seriously. I would have been ok if I some other session, but it was a horrible experience as I had booked a Shirodhara session specifically to relax and reduce stress, instead I left with one hour of my day wasted, 210 dirhams gone and higher stress levels than before :-(

I recently took treatment at Swasthya Ayurveda – Healing Hands Dr. Jayaraj ,I truly wanted to share our experience. My husband was suffering from knee pain due to a meniscus tear, and I had severe neck stiffness. Within just a few days of treatment, the pain reduced drastically. The marma therapy was done very precisely and professionally — you can really feel the expertise of the doctor and therapist. The therapists are highly experienced, and the clinic is very clean and hygienic. The whole atmosphere is calm and peaceful, which itself feels healing. Anyone dealing with chronic pain, joint pain, or stiffness should definitely consider visiting this place. We felt genuine relief and a very positive experience overall. Highly recommended!

I had gone to consult in Swastya in December 2025.Jayaraj Vaidyan found out my exact problem. I had gone there with frequent head aches, elevated bp,right side pain near eyes, ears, neck, arm, back etc. I did 10 sessions. Ramya gave me massages and Vaidyan did the marma on my affected C3&4 vertebrae, locked muscles. I started getting big relieffrom my first session and end of session I was the happiest😍I dont have any morehead aches, pains oranelevated bp and I feel so energetic and back to my oldself😍Thanks a bunch to Swastya Team... 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Very happy with their treatment...

My heart felt thanks to Swasthya Ayurveda for giving me a beautiful experience of ayurveda. I am extremely grateful to Dr.Jayaraj and Dr.Divya Menon to understand my health issue and pain which I had gone through past two mths. The treatment plan was discussed precisely and assurance for satisfaction was well delivered on time . In all my 10 sessions, I felt warmth and cordial approach of Staff Sarita who did her best to make me feel comfortable and assisted with learning easy smooth exercise for daily practise. Also to mention the front desk staff at 4th floor who is very professional and helpful in guiding insurance claims etc. The best part of treatment plan is marmum and different oil treatment which relieved from pain and inflammation followed with steam.
