My daughter had cat scratches on her body that were bleeding. What surprised me was that the receptionist asked whether I had an appointment. Next time, I will make sure to bring the cat or any animal involved for advice beforehand, because it seems they do not consider this an emergency. From my understanding, cat scratches—especially when bleeding—require immediate attention, including vaccination, since we can’t be sure whether the cat may have any infection or disease. I kindly request that the clinic advise and train the reception or front-office team on how to handle such situations, as they should be treated as urgent.
The people in charge at the hospital are very kind, they monitor everything very carefully, especially the people at the reception are amazing, I will never forget their kindness. Alhamdulillah I am healthy now, thank you everyone.
