On arrival
What the visit feels like
Expect three quick steps before most spa treatments: consent paperwork, changing, and a brief consultation with the therapist. Afterwards, most visitors take around 10 minutes to dress and settle up. Ask viv spa massage center on WhatsApp whether it runs things differently.
One concrete piece of advice: tell the therapist exactly what you want from the treatment. "Stress relief", "muscle recovery" and "general relaxation" lead to genuinely different work. Pressure preference comes next, then any allergies to oils or scents. If language matters, ask viv spa massage center on WhatsApp before you book.

Read Carefully, I have been suffering from Neck & Shoulder Pain since 2 years. Visited many massage places, went to doctors and they made me do physiotherapy. None of the pain was gone except when I visited this VERY PROFESSIONAL place. Coco fixed my body today, definitely coming back in a week for a session and I’ll come back again and again.
I had checked on recommendations of Google first before taking appt at Viv spa. My therapist was Apple and she did a marvellous job and her back cracking techniques were amazing. Good relief from neck and shoulder pain. Thank you, Apple ! Everything is so clean and sanitized in there with a great customer experience. I really like the refreshment pack as well. Staff makes you feel so comfy. Will definitely check in again on next visit.
I have been living in Thailand long time and I have experienced about the massage. I just wanna be honest, therapist Marry She is the best of the best!!! If u are looking just a really Professional Massage, u just need to book her ! Also about the place is so clean and stuff are so kind like All the Thai people 🙏 I love this place, many many thanks ☺️
Amazing experience! The environment is cozy and peaceful. The service is very attentive, offering free tea and snacks, and the staff is welcoming. My massage therapist, Linda, was fantastic—she applied just the right amount of pressure and helped relieve all my tension, especially in my back and shoulders. I left feeling completely refreshed and recharged. I highly recommend this place! If you're looking for a great massage, be sure to ask for Linda.
I really enjoyed my visit here. The place is clean, relaxing, and the staff are super friendly. The therapist knew exactly what she was doing and helped ease the stiffness in my shoulders and lower back. I walked out feeling so much lighter. The prices are reasonable too. I’ll definitely come back the next time I need a good massage.
Location
Where this is, how to get there
Dubai Marina, Dubai is the address. Dubai Marina concentrates many of the city's best mid-to-luxury spas — tower hotels (Address Marina, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi, JW Marriott Marquis nearby), boutique day spas along The Walk and 24/7 home-service providers serving every tower. Tourist-friendly, English-first, often open until late. viv spa massage center sits within that context.
Public transit reaches Dubai Marina via Metro and tram. Many visitors skip driving in peak hours and use the Metro + a short walk instead. The venue itself sits at 8th St - Port Saeed - Deira - Dubai - United Arab Emirates (25.2542°N, 55.3318°E).
Operating window: hours vary. WhatsApp is the easiest way to check same-day availability. Dubai's couples suites and weekend evenings book up — plan 2–3 days ahead for those.
Practical guide
Practical guide to viv spa massage center
A short walkthrough — what to prepare, what happens, what to do after.
Booking and check-in
Booking viv spa massage center: WhatsApp the team with a date, time and treatment, and wait for their written confirmation before heading over. Be on site 10 minutes early for the changing room, paperwork and therapist consultation. Booking ahead is recommended; walk-ins are inconsistent.
Settling the bill (and tip)
Cash, debit and credit are typically accepted; WhatsApp to confirm Apple Pay or a specific card type before arriving. Tipping isn't required but appreciated — 10–15% of the treatment price for great service is the local standard. Cash tips handed directly to the therapist are common.
After the treatment
Post-treatment: drink water aggressively, eat light, avoid intense exercise for 12 hours. After a facial, no new products that evening. The peak feeling is usually 12–24 hours after the treatment, not immediately.
