I recently visited this spa and had a fairly good experience. The hot stone massage I received was excellent. The girls enjoyed a body scrub and facial, and my teenage daughter had the teenage package, which was great since most places don't allow under-16s. The therapists were very nice and attentive, ensuring my daughters were comfortable at all times and did a thorough job. However, the relaxation room could use some updating. It would be nice if they offered fresh ginger or herbal tea after the treatments.
The Ritz Carlton Spa offers exceptional service, world-class facilities, and truly skilled professionals. Special thanks to Zinzi, the assistant manager, for her outstanding professionalism and care—she made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!
Loved the spa and service. Clean facilities, spacious and relaxing. Mixed, men's and women's areas available which was great for me and my friends on our girls' holiday. Had a variety of facilities, steam room, sauna, heated beds, dark rooms for quiet, hot and cool pools, swimming pool. Recommend the treatments, particularly by spa therapist Natruja. She was kind, friendly and great at communicating with me. All spa reception staff were helpful and kind, particularly Zinzi. Would definitely come back again!
Very bad experience, will not recommend spa vfacial ritz Carlton Difc ( age defying facial)on 24th/12/2024, facial products caused me very dry skin and pimples looks very bad until today the 31st of December 2024.. They should test the product and what ingredient of the product they are using ? no staff in the spa , receptionist Hager dealt with me in un professional way and in experienced ,no staff in the spa to direct and help how to use the shower .( photo below) help me ,no towels in the shower area the rack was empty .( photo below) I will not recommend this ritz Carlton DIFC spa and facial .
