From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was pure tranquility—calming scents, soothing music, and an elegant, spotless setting that immediately put us at ease. The spa exudes luxury and relaxation, making it a perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. Our therapists, Ashuni and Mui ( I hope I got the name right 🙏) , were exceptional. Their techniques were professional and deeply relaxing, ensuring every knot and tension melted away. They were attentive, skilled, and created a completely personalized experience for both of us. We left feeling completely rejuvenated! The service was impeccable from start to finish—seamless booking, warm hospitality, and a team that truly cares about guest satisfaction. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, adding to the overall comfort. This was truly a 5-star experience in every way. Disappointing experience. We booked a Balinese massage, but due to an internal error a deep tissue massage was performed instead. We trusted the booking and didn’t expect to double-check the treatment type. Although the price difference is small, the receptionist’s attitude was unhelpful and not apologetic, which left us in a foul mood. This was our second visit and unfortunately our last. Appointment was today.
Absolutely amazing 1 hour massage with lady named Eka. I would recommend it to everyone! Staff are professional, properly educated, the facilities are clean, even the massage bed was heated. Incredible experience. Thank you.
My 1st time to try THE M SPA and I was surprise with the service from the time I made my booking and from the time I visited the spa. Laurice is very helpful and initially give me information for the spa and the treatment assisted me to the facilities they are very hospitable and approachable. Cathy my therapist is very good she knows what she is doing and making sure give the emphasis to the important parts that we circled. She is very informative to the treatment and make sure my body gets the correct and relaxing day. Such a wonderful team and I’m sure I will Keep on coming back. By the way the heated bed, and oil are one of the best! 🙏☝️😍🥂
