The Stella Spa experience
At most neighbourhood spas, the gap between check-in and the treatment room is under 10 minutes, the treatment runs the booked 60 minutes, and you're out about 15 minutes after it ends. If you'd like to linger or need extra time, mention it when you message Stella Spa.
Communication matters more than most first-timers expect. Tell the therapist your pressure preference, any injuries, target areas and whether you'd rather chat or stay quiet before the treatment starts — mid-treatment adjustments are normal. If you'd like a therapist who speaks a particular language, ask Stella Spa when you book.

Absolutely amazing experience with Yi Ya! Yi Ya is an exceptional massage therapist — truly one of a kind. From the moment the session started, I felt completely relaxed and in safe, professional hands. Her technique is outstanding, very intuitive and deeply effective. What really makes Yi Ya special is her energy — it’s calm, warm, and incredibly positive. You can feel that she genuinely loves what she does, and that energy transfers straight to your body and mind. After the massage, I felt lighter, recharged, and perfectly balanced. This is not just a massage, it’s a full healing experience. I would highly recommend Yi Ya specifically to anyone looking for a high-level massage with amazing results. Once you try her, you’ll want to come back again and again.
My husband and I took a deep tissue massage for 90 minutes and were completely delighted! The massage masters are professionals, all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The interior is relaxing. They give us water, towels, slippers, a bathrobe and disposable underwear. After the massage, you can use the separate sauna and Jacuzzi for free and drink delicious tea. We will be happy to come back again!
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at Stella Spa. The relaxing ambiance and professional staff made it perfect for a couples massage. The therapists were attentive and tailored everything to our preferences. We left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for a relaxing date idea!
I recently visited Stella Spa, and I must say it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a calming atmosphere that immediately made me feel relaxed. The massage therapist was highly professional and took the time to understand my needs. I opted for a deep tissue massage to relieve some tension in my back, and it was exactly what I needed. The therapist applied just the right amount of pressure, and I left feeling rejuvenated and stress-free. The studio itself is beautifully designed, with soft lighting and soothing music that adds to the overall experience. I also appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the space. I will definitely be returning soon!
Their website is promoting all the masseuses are from Thailand so I was interested to try as I’m specifically looking for Thai massage with very experienced senior Thai to relieve my body tenseness but all the masseuse at Stella are around 30s as mentioned by the staff. I received one massage there and the masseuse is not as experienced as I expected.
Location
Where this is, how to get there
Address: Dubai Marina, Dubai. Dubai Marina concentrates many of the city's best mid-to-luxury spas — tower hotels (Address Marina, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi, JW Marriott Marquis nearby), boutique day spas along The Walk and 24/7 home-service providers serving every tower. Tourist-friendly, English-first, often open until late. Stella Spa sits within that.
Metro and tram coverage runs deep in Dubai Marina — regulars often skip driving entirely. The venue itself sits at At Stella Di Mare Hotel Near Beach and Dubai Marina Mall - Al Mattla'ee St - مرسى دبي - دبي مارينا - دبي - United Arab Emirates (25.0688°N, 55.1343°E).
Hours vary. Same-day checks: WhatsApp. Weekend nights and couples bookings need lead time; weekday daytime is more open.

What to prepare, what happens during, and how to recover — the practical pipeline.
Booking and check-in
Booking pattern at Stella Spa follows the dubai norm: WhatsApp the team, get the slot confirmed in writing, arrive 10 minutes early. Treatment starts after a brief consultation on pressure, injuries and goals. Booking ahead is recommended; walk-in success is variable.

On payment: cash, card and debit work at most venues here (check WhatsApp for Apple Pay or specific card types). Tipping convention is 10–15% in cash, handed to the therapist directly rather than left at reception.
After the treatment
What to do after: drink at least 500ml of water within 2 hours, eat light, skip intense exercise for 12 hours. Facial-specific: no new products tonight, SPF tomorrow. Hammam-specific: avoid sun for 24 hours.
