Sofitel Spa with L'Occitane

I had an amazing experience at this spa – truly luxurious and relaxing! I booked the Essential Massage with Rachel, ❤️ and she was absolutely wonderful. A true professional who helped me fully relax and enjoy every moment. At the end, she even gave me excellent recommendations, which I’ll definitely follow. Everything about this place is perfect – the atmosphere, the service, and the care. Highly recommend it to all women who deserve a little time for themselves. I’ll definitely be coming back! 👏🏻🫶🏻

We came for a 90-minute massage, which is meant to be relaxing, but it was very hard, fast and rough - just with a bit of oil. I asked the masseuse if she could slow down a bit and use her thumbs rather than elbows and knuckles, but it didn’t make that much difference. We also had a facial which must have been the worst facial I ever had. The therapist slap bom just applied some products on my face. She massaged my face and that was it the end of it. The other therapist that was given my husband a facial refused to do his extractions her words there were so many. At that stage we were both annoyed and hot .The room sperate from the Hotel Spa ,didn't have aircon. So it pretty much felt like a oven . I would most didn’t definitely not recommend this Spa. So many other good options in Dubai.

Every detail, from the plush robes to the herbal tea served after the treatment, was thoughtfully curated to enhance the experience. Whether you’re looking to de-stress, indulge, or simply treat yourself, Sofitel Spa offers a true sanctuary of wellness. I left feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and completely pampered. 5 stars for Meryl who gave a great massage. Staff were friendly and environment clean. Only disappointment was no food available. We were given nuts and tea. When we asked we were told to order outside from a menu that had very limited choices, we were expected to call a number to place the order ans pay 15aed delivery. For a 5 stars Hotel it was disappointing. We wanted to have a day spa but because of this we had to leave to go eat elsewhere. I expected better. I had other spas offering us baklava and even small appetisers on request.
