Your visit
What to expect at SENSASIA Urban Spa
A typical day-spa visit in the UAE is uncomplicated: arrive about 10 minutes early, check in, change, and have a brief chat with the therapist about pressure and any concerns before the treatment starts. A 60-minute treatment usually fits in a 75–90 minute window from arrival to leaving. Confirm timings with SENSASIA Urban Spa when you book.
The conversation that matters happens before the treatment: pressure preference (firm, medium, light), any pain or injury, allergies (especially to oils such as almond, sesame or argan), and music or silence. Ask SENSASIA Urban Spa on WhatsApp whether it can match you with a therapist who speaks your preferred language.

Just had the lymphatic drainage massaga and OMG!! it was one or the best massages ever. I clearly had a lot of water retention in my legs because when she massaged them I felt like a weight was lifted. The entire massage I felt so relaxed! I absolutely love SENSASIA, the moment you walk in you feel super zen and you forget you’re in Dubai for a while. Can 100% recommend!
Truly the best spa experience we’ve ever had, even better than in Thailand! My husband and I booked the Couples Massage at SensAsia and it was simply perfect from start to finish. We chose the “Couples Who Spa Together” package and every moment felt thoughtful, relaxing, and luxurious. We’ve tried many amazing spas before, including in Thailand, but SensAsia truly surpassed them all. The atmosphere, the scent, the calm, everything was divine. From the moment you walk in, you’re transported into complete serenity. I don’t remember the names of the two therapists who took care of us, but they were both absolutely incredible, calm, professional, and so attentive. I recommend them without hesitation. We left feeling completely renewed, truly on cloud nine. And the warm ginger tea at the end was the cherry on top, the perfect finishing touch to an unforgettable experience. Without a doubt, the best spa in Dubai. We’ll definitely be back!
The best prenatal massage my wife has been to, totally worth it — Tini is a wonderful master! So many nice touches from giving her an actual blanket instead of a towel, to a comfortable hotel-level bed with a warming function
One of the best Spas for massage in town. The staff over the phone were super friendly, the rooms are very clean and include a private shower. My therapist was the best therapist I had a serivce with in Dubai, Matomi.
One of the best experiences I’ve had. It’s my first using Sensasia Spa, and spa in general in Dubai. Tia was amazing, and I felt totally relaxed with her.
Getting there
Location and transport
SENSASIA Urban Spa is in Dubai Marina (Dubai). Dubai Marina concentrates many of the city's best mid-to-luxury spas — tower hotels (Address Marina, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi, JW Marriott Marquis nearby), boutique day spas along The Walk and 24/7 home-service providers serving every tower. Tourist-friendly, English-first, often open until late.
Dubai Marina's Metro and tram coverage is among the best in the city. Off the Metro plus a walk is often faster than driving here on a Friday evening. The venue itself sits at Sheikh Zayed Rd - Al Thanyah Third - Emirates Hills 2 - Dubai - United Arab Emirates (25.0848°N, 55.1596°E).
Hours vary. WhatsApp checks same-day availability fastest. Weekday daytime is usually open to walk-ins; Dubai weekend evenings need 2–3 days of lead time, especially for couples suites.
Visitor handbook
What you need to know on arrival
The practical handbook for SENSASIA Urban Spa — preparation, the visit itself, recovery.
Reservation flow
WhatsApp is the local norm — many dubai venues reply quickly during business hours, though response times vary. Arrive 10 minutes early to change, complete a short form, and tell the therapist your pressure preference and any injury notes. Booking ahead is strongly recommended; walk-ins may slot in during off-peak hours.
Tipping and payment
Payment and tipping: most cards work; double-check Apple Pay via WhatsApp before arriving. Tip in cash, directly to the therapist — AED 50–100 is the standard for a 60-minute treatment you enjoyed.
Aftercare
Aftercare basics: hydrate, eat lightly, skip intense exercise for the day. Facial-specific: no new products that night, SPF in the morning. Hammam-specific: stay out of direct sun for the next 24 hours.
