Please don’t get into the trap by looking ar good photos they send on whatsapp or on their website, in the name of massage completely waste of money and Waste of Time.. Unprofessional lady's they dont know how to do massage. They just want to give you extra Service (and Steal your Money). Waste of money and time they will promise you 1 hour massage and bath but they will massage just 20 minutes only 1. Unprofessional lady's 2. Waste of money 3. Waste of time 4. They just want to money 5. In the End they just want you to take Extra Service ( in Short they just want that you pay 300 AED at Reception for Massage and then again you pay inside 500 Extra in the name extra Service ), but you will not get massage or anything. Please please avoid this fraud place 😡😡😡😡
The service is very inconsistent here, some therapists are good and some are downright horrible, I intended to go to another spa which is in a hotel with the same name but in bur Dubai, I entered the address wrong and landed up here. They tried to convince me that it was the same place and after I had taken an Uber there I decided to give it a shot. The therapist was a pretty young Moroccan lady by the name of Rahab. Unfortunately thats where the good stopped. Her service was horrible, I had paid for a 90 min session, barely 40 mins into the session I was ready to leave. They then brought in another therapist, who convinced me to stay and did a great job.

The worst spa I have ever been. There is no proper disposable items for ladies to cover self. Man walks in same time when ladies in the spa area no separate time as per mentioned in reception It is unorganized at all. Facilities are in very bad condition especially sauna room broken wood dangerous for seating and steps on and steam bath is very old not maintain properly.
