On arrival
What the visit feels like
Many day spas provide a robe and slippers, a short consultation form and a few words of aftercare advice. All in, a 60-minute treatment tends to take around 90 minutes door to door. Rozan Massage Spa can tell you what it provides when you message.
One concrete piece of advice: tell the therapist exactly what you want from the treatment. "Stress relief", "muscle recovery" and "general relaxation" lead to genuinely different work. Pressure preference comes next, then any allergies to oils or scents. If language matters, ask Rozan Massage Spa on WhatsApp before you book.

Sure! Here’s a negative review based on your input: --- I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. It looks nothing like the pictures advertised, which is already a major letdown. The service was awful; the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. The girls working there had no idea about proper massage techniques, making the whole experience frustrating and unsatisfying. I would urge anyone considering this place to be very careful and think twice before booking. Save your time and money! --- Feel free to modify it further if needed!
My boyfriend and I went on the massage here. The communication went smoothly because we ordered the massage last minute and they made an appointment with us right away. The ladies there were really welcoming and kind. The massage room for couple was amazing you had shower there so after massage you can get the oil down from you. Also the massage was amazing it really chilled me. Thank you for everything.
They charged me up front and led me to a room that looked nothing like the pictures. When I pointed that out, refused the service, they were not able to give me a refund to my credit card as the manager was away. They not only took my money for no service provided but also made me come back in person the next day to pick up my partial refund in cash as they did not refund me the VAT tax they charged. Now i'm down 30 AED (for tax), and the cost of 4 taxis, and several hours of time. Please be careful, make sure you check out the rooms before paying, and good luck.
I booked it with my friend we wanted to have therapist massage but they have no idea about massage . Place looks different than on pictures . Lady on reception didn’t want to give us refund . Be careful and Don’t go there .
TRY TO AVOID - WORST MASSAGE IN MY LIFE I had one of the worst spa experiences here. My girlfriend asked for a Thai massage without oil, and they delivered something completely different. No proper clothing. Oil used without consent. The therapist had long nails and couldn’t perform the technique correctly. It felt careless and unprofessional.

Everything practical about the visit
What to prepare, what happens during, and how to recover — the practical pipeline.
Booking, check-in and consultation
Booking Rozan Massage Spa: WhatsApp the team with a date, time and treatment, and wait for their written confirmation before heading over. Be on site 10 minutes early for the changing room, paperwork and therapist consultation. Booking ahead is recommended; walk-ins are inconsistent.
How payment and tips work
Cash, debit and credit are typically accepted; WhatsApp to confirm Apple Pay or a specific card type before arriving. Tipping isn't required but appreciated — 10–15% of the treatment price for great service is the local standard. Cash tips handed directly to the therapist are common.
Post-treatment notes
Post-treatment: drink water aggressively, eat light, avoid intense exercise for 12 hours. After a facial, no new products that evening. The peak feeling is usually 12–24 hours after the treatment, not immediately.
