Walkthrough
Your first visit to Royal Shahrazad Beauty and Wellbeing Center
Most neighbourhood spas keep the preamble short: check in at reception, change, and the therapist collects you shortly after. A 60-minute treatment generally runs to time, and most visitors are out 15–20 minutes after it ends. Ask Royal Shahrazad Beauty and Wellbeing Center on WhatsApp if you'd like time to relax afterwards.
Pre-treatment consultations are usually short but important. Confirm pressure (many visitors go for "firm but not painful"), flag any joint or back issues, mention oil allergies up front, and say whether you want to chat or sleep. Ask Royal Shahrazad Beauty and Wellbeing Center at booking which languages its team speaks.

My experience at the clinic was absolutely amazing! The place is clean and elegant, and the staff are very professional and friendly. The service is excellent, and the results truly show from the first session. Thank you to the whole team for the care and warm treatment ❤️ I highly recommend this clinic!
After I did 2 sessions they said no you finished 3 sessions because they used three applicators and they swear they told me before but I misunderstood them Anyways I didn't notice any results And they don't care if the client is happy or no

I had an amazing experience at Royal Shahrazad! Dr. Hala is incredibly passionate about her work and genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to educate me on holistic care and how to take better care of my health in a balanced and natural way. I left feeling informed, empowered, and well taken care of. A big thank you as well to the reception and assistant they were warm, professional, and made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

What you need to know on arrival
Pre-, during- and post-visit notes for Royal Shahrazad Beauty and Wellbeing Center — practical reading before you confirm.
Reservation flow
Most people contact Royal Shahrazad Beauty and Wellbeing Center via WhatsApp; if you don't hear back within the hour, call the listed number instead. Plan to be on site 10 minutes early — that's the buffer for changing, a short consultation form and a chat with the therapist about pressure. Before a facial
Pre-facial: arrive with no makeup, skip retinol and chemical exfoliants for the 24 hours leading up, and let the team know about any injectables in the past two weeks. Massage technique gets adjusted in those areas.
Tipping and payment
Cards and cash both work for payment (confirm Apple Pay specifics on WhatsApp). Tipping isn't required; the local convention is 10–15% in cash, handed to the therapist personally rather than processed through reception.
Aftercare
Hydrate well — both massage and hammam release fluids and minor toxins. Avoid intense exercise for 12 hours. If you had a facial, skip new skincare products that evening and let the skin breathe. Most visitors leave feeling looser; the full effect lands 12–24 hours later.
