On arrival
What the visit feels like
Many day spas provide a robe and slippers, a short consultation form and a few words of aftercare advice. All in, a 60-minute treatment tends to take around 90 minutes door to door. REFIVE Spa | FIVE LUXE JBR can tell you what it provides when you message.
One concrete piece of advice: tell the therapist exactly what you want from the treatment. "Stress relief", "muscle recovery" and "general relaxation" lead to genuinely different work. Pressure preference comes next, then any allergies to oils or scents. If language matters, ask REFIVE Spa | FIVE LUXE JBR on WhatsApp before you book.

Five Luxe Spa is amazing! The hospitality, service, and ambiance are all wonderful. Nadia is absolutely amazing. She made this the best experience I’ve had so far. She’s extremely professional and excellent at what she does. I would definitely recommend this place!
My experience at ReFive Spa in Fixe Luxe Hotel, Dubai, was incredible. From the serene atmosphere to the outstanding service, everything was perfect. Nadian, my therapist, provided a personalized massage that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The relaxation areas were the ideal spot to unwind afterward. I left feeling refreshed and can't wait to return—definitely a must-visit for anyone seeking a luxurious spa experience in Dubai.

I recently visited the refive spa JBR and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and professionalism. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Sofia at the reception. Her courteous demeanor, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality created an excellent first impression and set the tone for a truly relaxing experience. The spa environment was serene and well-maintained, further enhancing the overall experience. I highly commend Sofia for her exceptional customer service and look forward to returning.
I am going to this spa since 1.5 years every week and I love absolutely everything about it. I live in Dubai since 10 years and tried minimum 50 Spas in 5* hotels all over Dubai. But the Refive continues to be the best. The interior design is very nice exceptionally beautiful. The treatments are veryyyy effective and heavenly. And the team is the nicest I have ever met. I love you❤️❤️❤️ Dr. Dani
Getting there
Location and transport
Where the venue is: Dubai Marina, Dubai. Dubai Marina concentrates many of the city's best mid-to-luxury spas — tower hotels (Address Marina, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi, JW Marriott Marquis nearby), boutique day spas along The Walk and 24/7 home-service providers serving every tower. Tourist-friendly, English-first, often open until late.
Dubai Marina is a "park once, walk" district. Even peak-hour traffic gets bypassed via the Metro. The venue itself sits at FIVE LUXE - The Walk - Marsa Dubai - Jumeirah Beach Residence - Dubai - United Arab Emirates (25.0815°N, 55.1360°E).
Hours vary. Use WhatsApp for same-day. Plan 2–3 days ahead for Dubai weekend evening bookings; weekday daytime is broadly flexible.
