Your visit
What to expect at Nancy Spa
On a first visit to a spa, expect a short intake form — pressure preference, injuries, oil allergies — before the treatment. Many venues offer water or herbal tea while you wait. From arrival to walking out, a 60-minute session typically takes 80–95 minutes; Nancy Spa can confirm its own routine.
The conversation that matters happens before the treatment: pressure preference (firm, medium, light), any pain or injury, allergies (especially to oils such as almond, sesame or argan), and music or silence. Ask Nancy Spa on WhatsApp whether it can match you with a therapist who speaks your preferred language.

Just finished a wonderful session at NSPA and also it was my first time experience that was awesome. Had a session at room number 6, therapist name BLUE. Her massage skills will take you to another world. Highly recommended...
The SPA here has excellent service and a perfect environment. The front desk in the store is very polite and the ladies are beautiful.
This was our second time visit nancy spa,the place is so relaxing,it feel realy like home..thnx you..
This place is not 24 hours and I don’t understand why they said 24 hours and never answered or showed up therefore this place is useless and you get nothing out of it
Place is neat clean. The stuff are very professional and friendly. I will visit again.
Getting there
Location and transport
Nancy Spa is in Deira (Dubai). Deira is old Dubai's spa heartland — dozens of authentic, affordable Moroccan and Asian hammams, many open round-the-clock. Pricing is the lowest in the city, quality often surprising. Cash-friendly.
Deira is among the densest, most-walkable parts of Dubai. Taxis are everywhere; parking is paid public street. The venue itself sits at Emirates Concorde Hotel 106 - Office office tower Al Maktoum Rd - near Deira Clocktower - Riggat Al Buteen - Dubai - United Arab Emirates (25.2598°N, 55.3209°E).
Open 24 hours. Use WhatsApp for same-day. Plan 2–3 days ahead for Dubai weekend evening bookings; weekday daytime is broadly flexible.
Visitor handbook
What you need to know on arrival
A short pre-booking briefing — preparation, the visit itself, the post-treatment 24 hours.
Reservation flow
WhatsApp is the local norm — many dubai venues reply quickly during business hours, though response times vary. Arrive 10 minutes early to change, complete a short form, and tell the therapist your pressure preference and any injury notes. Booking ahead is strongly recommended; walk-ins may slot in during off-peak hours.
Tipping and payment
Payment and tipping: most cards work; double-check Apple Pay via WhatsApp before arriving. Tip in cash, directly to the therapist — AED 50–100 is the standard for a 60-minute treatment you enjoyed.
Aftercare
Aftercare basics: hydrate, eat lightly, skip intense exercise for the day. Facial-specific: no new products that night, SPF in the morning. Hammam-specific: stay out of direct sun for the next 24 hours.
