I had my first ever massage at Lux spa with Rose and honestly it was such a beautiful experience. She talked me through the whole process step by step which really helped calm my nerves. I felt completely comfortable and at ease the entire time. Rose was so professional, gentle and attentive, always checking in to make sure I was okay. You can really tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. She even offered me tea afterwards which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. I’m so glad my first experience was with her I would definitely recommend Rose to anyone, especially if it’s your first time.
I had a Balinese massage for the first time. I never want any other type of massage again! It was incredible! An amazing combination of massage, reflexology and stretching. So relaxing. Ask for Marjorie, she is an expert!
I had a wonderful massage experience with Darlin. She is highly professional, attentive, and truly skilled at what she does. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and tailored the massage perfectly to my needs. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend Darlin to anyone looking for a top-quality massage experience.
I had an amazing experience at the spa with Margerie. She’s an exceptional masseuse — very professional, attentive, and skilled. From the moment she started, she made sure I was comfortable and really listened to what my body needed. Her technique was both relaxing and therapeutic, and I left feeling completely refreshed and light. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. Highly recommend booking with her if you’re looking for a real, quality massage experience!
This is my second time, I have tried the balinese massage with Marjorie, her massage is premium, strongly recommending her especially if you have stiffness and back pain

From door to chair
The Luxe Spa Dubai experience
Most spas hand you a short consultation form on arrival and show you to a changing area. The treatment starts after a quick chat with your therapist; afterwards there's usually brief advice on hydration before you settle the bill. Ask Luxe Spa Dubai about anything you're unsure of before you go.
Communication matters more than most first-timers expect. Tell the therapist your pressure preference, any injuries, target areas and whether you'd rather chat or stay quiet before the treatment starts — mid-treatment adjustments are normal. If you'd like a therapist who speaks a particular language, ask Luxe Spa Dubai when you book.
Neighbourhood
The street, the building, the area
Neighbourhood: Dubai Marina, Dubai. Dubai Marina concentrates many of the city's best mid-to-luxury spas — tower hotels (Address Marina, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi, JW Marriott Marquis nearby), boutique day spas along The Walk and 24/7 home-service providers serving every tower. Tourist-friendly, English-first, often open until late.
Dubai Marina is well-connected by Dubai Metro and tram. Most visitors arrive via the nearest Metro station and walk the last 5–10 minutes, especially during peak-hour traffic. The venue itself sits at Wadi Al Safa 5 - Dubai - United Arab Emirates (25.0803°N, 55.3676°E).
Hours vary. Confirm same-day availability on WhatsApp. Weekend evenings and couples suites in Dubai typically need 2–3 days lead time; weekday daytime is mostly walk-in friendly.

Booking, check-in and consultation
Booking pattern at Luxe Spa Dubai follows the dubai norm: WhatsApp the team, get the slot confirmed in writing, arrive 10 minutes early. Treatment starts after a brief consultation on pressure, injuries and goals. Booking ahead is recommended; walk-in success is variable.
Pre-facial prep
Facial prep: clean skin on arrival (don't apply makeup that morning), no retinol or acid actives for 24 hours prior, and disclose any Botox or filler injections from the past 14 days so the therapist can adjust massage technique around those areas.
How payment and tips work
On payment: cash, card and debit work at most venues here (check WhatsApp for Apple Pay or specific card types). Tipping convention is 10–15% in cash, handed to the therapist directly rather than left at reception.
Post-treatment notes
What to do after: drink at least 500ml of water within 2 hours, eat light, skip intense exercise for 12 hours. Facial-specific: no new products tonight, SPF tomorrow. Hammam-specific: avoid sun for 24 hours.
