I had an amazing massage experience with Cinthia! She is very professional, kind, and really knows what she’s doing. She focused on the areas where I had tension and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. After the session, my body felt lighter and so much better. I highly recommend Cinthia if you’re looking for a great massage therapist.
My treatment was fabulous and the girls at reception were immensely helpful. I came out of here wanting a Philippine wife. I had an issue, which needed urgent attention at home and I couldn’t ring so the lady kindly lent me her phone for a while 2 hours. She knew I was stressed but as far as putting the customer first, she did that expertly well. Thank you so much again girls. The names are Jessa and Berna.
We had a girls’ massage day here, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their massage. The facilities were spotless, and the ladies who took care of me and my sisters did an amazing job. We all walked out feeling rejuvenated and revived. I would highly recommend this place and only wish we had booked earlier in our vacation to make a couple visits.
I had an amazing session with Jocelyn! I relaxed so quickly that I actually dozed off almost right away. She has such a calming presence and really knows what she’s doing. The little head massage at the end was the best part, totally melted my stress. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a truly restorative massage!
What an experience! My first time going to Dreamworks Spa and I couldn’t be happier. I did stress release spa message and it was soo relaxing and my body felt so much better. I also did a facial which was great! A big thank you to Charity for the experience. I will definitely come again.

On arrival
What the visit feels like
Expect three quick steps before most spa treatments: consent paperwork, changing, and a brief consultation with the therapist. Afterwards, most visitors take around 10 minutes to dress and settle up. Ask Dreamworks Spa | Cascades Tower Dubai Marina on WhatsApp whether it runs things differently.
One concrete piece of advice: tell the therapist exactly what you want from the treatment. "Stress relief", "muscle recovery" and "general relaxation" lead to genuinely different work. Pressure preference comes next, then any allergies to oils or scents. If language matters, ask Dreamworks Spa | Cascades Tower Dubai Marina on WhatsApp before you book.

What you need to know on arrival
Three-stage breakdown: how to prep, what to expect on site, how to recover.
Reservation flow
Booking Dreamworks Spa | Cascades Tower Dubai Marina: WhatsApp the team with a date, time and treatment, and wait for their written confirmation before heading over. Be on site 10 minutes early for the changing room, paperwork and therapist consultation. Booking ahead is recommended; walk-ins are inconsistent.
Before a facial
Facial-day prep at Dreamworks Spa | Cascades Tower Dubai Marina: clean skin, no actives (retinol, glycolic, salicylic) for 24 hours, and disclose Botox / fillers from the past two weeks. Some massage strokes need to avoid recently-injected areas.
Tipping and payment
Cash, debit and credit are typically accepted; WhatsApp to confirm Apple Pay or a specific card type before arriving. Tipping isn't required but appreciated — 10–15% of the treatment price for great service is the local standard. Cash tips handed directly to the therapist are common.
