Jazz Lounge Spa for Men - Umm Suqeim St, Dubai

The treatments are reasonably satisfactory; however, that is not the core issue. I have been following up for over a week regarding the purchase of certain products, yet there has been absolutely no meaningful response. Customer care appears surprisingly disorganized — they are unable to locate records and provide no clear updates. I would strongly advise against purchasing packages, as the promised rewards and benefits are rarely delivered as communicated. Regrettably, the customer care and WhatsApp support are consistently unresponsive, rarely follow through, and unnecessarily waste clients’ time. It is disappointing, as the operational staff on the ground are genuinely friendly and seem willing to offer good service. Unfortunately, the backend customer care experience significantly undermines the overall impression. I sincerely hope the management reviews this and takes corrective action.

I had a wonderful waxing experience at Jass Salon. The staff are absolutely magnificent, professional, and welcoming, which makes a big difference. Very professional set up. Marissa and Lyka did fantastic with manicure pedicure and facial care. Sophia was simply amazing with massaging, especially my shoulder pain, which subsided instantly. The front desk was also very helpful with product choices. Great place to go for skin care and relaxation while in Dubai.

I recently visited Jazz lounge spa for a Brazilian service and was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The staff were professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The salon was clean, well-organized, and provided a very relaxing atmosphere. The booking process was seamless and efficient. I was able to schedule my appointment easily, and the salon provided timely confirmations and reminders, which I greatly appreciated. Communication was clear, and the staff were accommodating with timing. Overall, jazz lounge spa delivers excellent service with high standards of professionalism and customer care. I highly recommend their Brazilian services and will definitely be returning for future treatments.
