The Impressive Spa in Marina experience
At most neighbourhood spas, the gap between check-in and the treatment room is under 10 minutes, the treatment runs the booked 60 minutes, and you're out about 15 minutes after it ends. If you'd like to linger or need extra time, mention it when you message Impressive Spa in Marina.
Communication matters more than most first-timers expect. Tell the therapist your pressure preference, any injuries, target areas and whether you'd rather chat or stay quiet before the treatment starts — mid-treatment adjustments are normal. If you'd like a therapist who speaks a particular language, ask Impressive Spa in Marina when you book.

I visited Impressive Spa at MarinaScape, Marina Promenade, Dubai Marina for a pre-booked 90-minute massage. Despite booking, I waited 30 minutes. During the session, the therapist asked if I wanted “extra services.” I declined. After that, she rushed the massage, ended it early, and demanded an additional AED 500. Feeling pressured and wanting to avoid escalation while on a business trip, I paid. Part of the amount was paid by card, so there is proof. I reported this to reception immediately, but no action was taken. Sharing this so others can make informed decisions.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this spa. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel truly pampered. The massage was relaxing and expertly done, and the facilities were spotless and serene. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and grateful for such a peaceful escape. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves!
