I visited Impressive Spa at MarinaScape, Marina Promenade, Dubai Marina for a pre-booked 90-minute massage. Despite booking, I waited 30 minutes. During the session, the therapist asked if I wanted “extra services.” I declined. After that, she rushed the massage, ended it early, and demanded an additional AED 500. Feeling pressured and wanting to avoid escalation while on a business trip, I paid. Part of the amount was paid by card, so there is proof. I reported this to reception immediately, but no action was taken. Sharing this so others can make informed decisions.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this spa. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel truly pampered. The massage was relaxing and expertly done, and the facilities were spotless and serene. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and grateful for such a peaceful escape. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves!
This is my 3rd time here in impressive spa and still the receptionist are always welcoming with a beautiful smile. I'm still impress. The name of this spa is very suitable, im very satisfied with their service specially the lady who's always massage my back. I will always come back here everytime i have free time.
