Concorde Hotel Fujairah

Our stay at Concorde Hotel Fujairah was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We booked for 15 nights, and for 10 of those nights there was NO hot water at all. We were traveling with two small children, and this happened during the coldest days of the year in the UAE. You can imagine how unacceptable and stressful this situation was for a family with young kids. We repeatedly contacted both hotel management and Agoda (the booking platform). Unfortunately, all we received were false promises and no real solutions. Nothing was fixed in a reasonable time, and no serious effort was made to compensate or properly support us. For the remaining days, the service became even worse: Room service and reception often did not answer the phone at all Very poor cleanliness standards Basic housekeeping was neglected: Bedsheets were not changed regularly Towels were not replaced Trash bins were not emptied Rooms were not properly cleaned This is supposed to be a hotel, yet even the most basic services were missing. Honestly, this stay felt more like a nightmare than a vacation. We chose this hotel based on its reputation, but the reality was completely different. I strongly advise anyone planning to stay in Fujairah to think very carefully before booking this hotel. If you choose Concorde Hotel Fujairah, be prepared for a very disappointing experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Ohhhhh God .., Guy if they offer you 20 AED per night don't waste your time there. I saw the service is zero from reception it's stressing. 5 staff and we wait more than 1 & half hour to get the room access. Than the next can't explain here Don't go there that's all. 1 star because I can't put review otherwise they deserve -5 stars.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Concorde Hotel Al Fujairah and would happily give it five stars. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. I would especially like to thank Mr. Jetin, who always welcomed me with a warm smile and provided outstanding service with the highest level of professionalism and care. The hotel is very comfortable and luxurious, with spacious rooms, excellent cleanliness, and a prime location. The rooms are extremely comfortable, and the view overlooking the Grand Fujairah Mosque is absolutely beautiful. The hotel also features a very large swimming pool, despite that it is a bit far away to rooms.

We booked 3 rooms at this hotel for January 15–17, 2026, and the experience was chaotic from start to finish. We arrived at the hotel at 1:00 PM on January 15 and waited 45 minutes just to speak with the reception. At 1:45 PM, we were told that check-in was only at 3:00 PM, so we left our luggage and went out for a tour. We clearly agreed with Mr. Vivek (reception staff) that all rooms would be ready when we returned. When we came back at around 8:00 PM, only 2 rooms were available instead of 3. Since we were already exhausted, we accepted the two rooms first and asked them to inform us once the third room was ready. Upon entering the rooms, we discovered no towels, no dental kits, no slippers, and only one cup. We tried calling housekeeping multiple times, but no one ever answered—not once during our entire 2-day stay. After repeated complaints to the reception, towels were finally delivered after more than an hour, and the third room was eventually given. We were also given two twin beds and 1 king bed instead of the requested one twin and two double bed, and despite repeated follow-ups, this was never corrected. Throughout the stay, no room cleaning was done at all (which also happens to multiple guest with more than 3 days stay). To make matters worse, the hotel has 21 floors but only 2 working elevators, causing long waits and frustration. Many other guests were also openly complaining, and the staff seemed completely unable to handle or address any issues. Overall, the hotel is poorly managed, understaffed, and disorganized. Basic hospitality standards were not met. I strongly recommend NOT choosing this hotel.

I booked to this hotel. My family including my 1 year old daughter stayed here during National Holiday. Once we enter the hotel I knew that there is something wrong. You will notice it on the sofas at the reception, not cleaned. Then in the room it was not cleaned at all. Dust are everywhere. Carpets are disgusting. Then i smelled the pillow, it smells sweat that it was not changed for how many days. Then i request for a new pillow case. It was freshly ironed BUT there are stains on the pillows specially pentelpen stains. About the breakfast buffet, the food is limited. This is the worst hotel I've ever been in UAE. it doesn't matter if the hotel is old or new, what matters is cleanliness & hygiene. I called the reception and ask if they are cleaning in the rooms then he told me "Did you leave the key card?". what is this, other hotels even you did not leave your key card once you leave for a while you will come back with a clean room. There's no towel and you just have to request. TO THE MANAGEMENT of this hotel kindly improve your service to your customers, we decided to stay out for our relaxation and peace not to be stressed.
