I had my lip enhancement done by Dr. Parni at Skin Laundry Marina, and I’m so happy with the results. The enhancement is beautifully balanced and really complements my features. Dr. Parni listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. She’s so gentle. The aftercare was also explained clearly and thoroughly, which made the healing process smooth and stress-free. The whole experience felt professional, comfortable, and reassuring from start to finish. Highly recommend if you want subtle, refined results.
Been visiting Skin Laundry for over a year now. My skin has improved so much that it’s unbelievable. All the Nurses there are super professional. Rose, Mary Rose, Chandre are amazing. Rose in particular has helped my skin look great again! It’s also super easy to make appointments and deal with Andrea and Bianca.
I cannot begin to describe the love I have for Skin Laundry, the treatments here absolutely have transformed my skin and made it look so good. Special thanks to Rose, who understands my skin needs, takes care of the regimen, and is a great professional! 10/10 recommend.
If you want to get even the basic level of customer service, find another place. If you are a decent person, they treat you like a piece if trash, so tu need to be unscrupulous for them to show some respect. Also, really questioning the quality of their products, they sold me a serum that was half solid, but it took a long negotiation to get a refund, they were invoking their "no refund policy". Not even to mention their "doctor" who is really there to push products on you. She saw me the day after my laser treatment when my skin was still a bit red - I told her I had the laser the day before and it's also written in their system - and yet she wanted to treat me for rosacea 🤪 when I pointed out that the redness is due to the laser she just went "oh yeah". In conclusion, I'd recommend you find a different place to get your laser treatments.
Just had my 2nd hydrofacial, laser & microneedling treatment with them. My skin has improved so much in less than 2 months. Wonderful team, so attentive, caring and friendly from through to completion.
