I had the most amazing massage experience with Pawana. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. Her technique is exceptional, she knows exactly how to release tension while still making the experience soothing and enjoyable. Every movement felt intentional and professional. I walked in feeling stressed and left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely satisfied. You can truly tell she is skilled and passionate about what she does. Pawana is simply the best, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-quality massage experience. I will definitely book again!
I really hate to leave negative reviews but felt I should so that others know. Came for a gel pedicure. Quality of the work was good but I definitely wouldn’t recommend. The location catfishes you - they told me to come to a different location which was like a dingy apartment office in the Tamani Arts building - nothing like the photos. The chair they sit you in for the pedicure is at an uncomfortable height compared to the bench you put your feet on - you’re constantly twisting and readjusting. Worst of all - they never told me they wouldn’t actually be giving me the full pedicure I had booked (I got a gel change only) until they started painting my nails and I had to ask. That’s when they said their foot soak machine was broken. Then they still tried to charge me the same price (145 AED) - their website says it’s 59 AED for a gelish polish change and yet the lady tried to say “that’s only if the gel has broken” (this is a lie). After my disputing in end they only took 20 AED off for not providing an actual pedicure. I feel a bit scammed and saddened by my experience. Worst of all I could hear the lady at the desk badmouth me after I left (she clearly didn’t realise I speak and understand Arabic). Regret coming and wish I paid more to go elsewhere. UPDATE: I take it back. I can’t rate the quality either. I started bleeding from where my cuticles were cut.
I recently tried their free massage at a stall in Dubai Island, and it was genuinely impressive. The massage was relaxing, professional, and far better than I expected from a quick demo. Their service felt high-quality, and the staff were friendly and attentive. They also offer a range of massage packages that are surprisingly affordable, especially considering the level of service. I’m definitely planning to go back for a full session. Highly recommended!
I have been using their services for a couple of years now and I have never been disappointed. The quality is consistently excellent, the therapists are professional, and the overall experience is always relaxing and well organized. The admin team is also very efficient and welcoming. A special thank you to Oumaima, who is always helpful, responsive, and kind. Highly recommended.
I had my hydrafacial with Jenny and I had the best time! Everything was so pleasant, relaxing and professional. I told her about what I was suffering with my skin and she gave her tips.the day after I already felt the difference- thank you! Will definitely be back :)

What you need to know on arrival
Pre-visit prep, on-site flow, post-treatment care — the practical sequence for Maison Privée Arabia - Home Massage Dubai.
Reservation flow
Most people contact Maison Privée Arabia - Home Massage Dubai via WhatsApp; if you don't hear back within the hour, call the listed number instead. Plan to be on site 10 minutes early — that's the buffer for changing, a short consultation form and a chat with the therapist about pressure. Advance booking is the safer route here; walk-ins only sometimes work.
Before a facial
Pre-facial: arrive with no makeup, skip retinol and chemical exfoliants for the 24 hours leading up, and let the team know about any injectables in the past two weeks. Massage technique gets adjusted in those areas.
Tipping and payment
Cards and cash both work for payment (confirm Apple Pay specifics on WhatsApp). Tipping isn't required; the local convention is 10–15% in cash, handed to the therapist personally rather than processed through reception.
Aftercare
Hydrate well — both massage and hammam release fluids and minor toxins. Avoid intense exercise for 12 hours. If you had a facial, skip new skincare products that evening and let the skin breathe. Most visitors leave feeling looser; the full effect lands 12–24 hours later.
