Step by step
Inside a session at Facette Facial Bar – Signature Location
Plan around 90 minutes for a 60-minute treatment at most day spas: about 10 minutes beforehand for paperwork, changing and the consultation, and 10–15 minutes afterwards to dress and pay. Facette Facial Bar – Signature Location can confirm how long to allow when you message.
Most therapists will ask three things before starting: pressure preference, problem areas and whether you'd like to talk. Be specific — "heavy on the shoulders, light on the lower back, mostly quiet" is far more useful than "whatever's standard". From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The wonderful Zahra recommended a facial treatment perfectly suited to me, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I’ve already booked my next appointment. Many thanks!
I came back to the OG Branch for a girl’s day with my friend. We both did Glow Factor facial, one of my favourites. Every technician I’ve met with has always been thorough with my skin, even if they’ve treated me before. They always ask about the skin health and always modify the treatments to adjust for my eczema which flares up because of travels or weather changes. Today I was pampered by Daria who was very informative, answered all my questions, continuously voiced what she was doing and the purpose of the treatment, even offering to change one product for another on account of my eczema flare up. I’ve been visiting them for years, I cannot recommend them enough. Everything from the their decor to service and staff etiquette is 12/10. My favourite thing about Facette is that no one is ever trying to force me to buy a product? It’s always extremely respectful, there are recommendations, but if you tell them what products you’re using at home and they believe the products are appropriate for your skin, they genuinely just let you be. And even if they don’t agree with it, they’re more focused on educating you as to why you’re wrong instead of saying “hey buy what we use”. Keep up the great work, team Facette! Also shout out to Wella who’s always so cheerful and welcoming whenever I visit, even if it’s been literal years.
Just had a facial at Facette Facial Bar in Business Bay and I’m blown away by the results! From the moment I stepped in, the vibe was calm, stylish, and the staff super professional. My skin coach took the time to evaluate my skin concerns, explained every product and step, and made me feel completely relaxed throughout the session. Afterward, my skin looked unbelievably radiant — fresh, hydrated, with pores visibly refined. I love that they use advanced techniques but still make the whole experience feel luxurious and relaxing. Definitely returning soon this place delivers!
If going to the Business Bay Facette location Darina is one in a million. She is INCREDIBLE at her job and you see how much passion she has and is just deeply knowledgeable on different skin concerns factoring in lifestyle etc. highly recommend!
I had RF Microneedling done at Facette, and it was a great experience. My skin looks noticeably brighter, and I can truly feel the improvement in its texture and appearance. The staff were professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking to enhance their skin!

Practical guide
Practical guide to Facette Facial Bar – Signature Location
A short walkthrough — what to prepare, what happens, what to do after.
Booking and check-in
Use WhatsApp to book Facette Facial Bar – Signature Location — it's the local default, though reply speed varies by venue and time of day. Arrive 10 minutes before the treatment for the changing room and consultation. Booking 24+ hours ahead is the right call; walk-ins are hit-and-miss.
Facial-day checklist
Arrive with clean skin (no makeup). Skip retinol, glycolic and salicylic acids for 24 hours before so your skin isn't over-sensitised. If you've had Botox or fillers in the past two weeks, flag it at booking — some massage techniques avoid those areas.
Settling the bill (and tip)
Payment options: cash, debit, credit cards (WhatsApp first to confirm Apple Pay if you rely on it). Tipping is appreciated rather than expected; AED 50–100 in cash handed directly to the therapist is the standard for a great session.
After the treatment
Aftercare: water, light meal, no strong workouts for 12 hours, and avoid alcohol for the rest of the day (especially after deep tissue). Facial aftercare adds: no new skincare products that night, SPF tomorrow.
