I had my manicure and pedicure done today at Simply Beauty Salon, and the experience was amazing. The staff, Marcel and Catherine, were truly wonderful — they know how to make customers feel comfortable and well taken care of. The service I received was excellent. Marcel did a perfect job with my manicure, and she is truly the best person for manicure and pedicure services. She also removed my ingrown nail with great care, and I was very satisfied with the result. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service at Simply Beauty Salon. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade and have always been happy with the service—except at this branch. I visited twice, and both times left unsatisfied. About 2–3 weeks ago, I got a facial, mani-pedi, and bio gel removal. The technician over-buffed my nails, leaving them weak and painful. I did mention twice that it was hurting, but I felt too uncomfortable to keep bringing it up, so I stayed quiet and didn’t make a fuss. I even left a tip, assuming it wasn’t a big issue and my nails would recover—but they’re still in bad shape. Sabby
