My experience with the full body massage with Y Yang was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The therapist seemed inattentive and rushed without properly checking in on my comfort or adjusting the pressure. The room was decorated with amazing interior but no Hygiene in short not well-maintained, which made it hard to relax. Overall, the experience felt careless and left me feeling more tense and uncomfortable than before. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a quality massage."
Incredible massage experience—hands down the best place for a massage in Sharjah! Loved every single detail. Lastri is the best.
Maria did my deep cleansing facial and it’s absolutely amazing. She’s well aware of what she is doing and you actually enjoy the full experience ever since you enter the door
I did a HydraFacial at Polished Spa with Maria and it was an amazing experience! She was incredibly kind, professional, and explained every step of the treatment so I felt comfortable throughout. Her work was precise and the results were so good. Highly recommend Maria if you want great service and a relaxing experience!
Keep coming back to this place for massages. I really love the place and the quality of the treatment. The massage itself is 10/10. The staff is really professional and knows what they are doing. Love the hot pads applied during the treatment and the oils are of highest quality. In my opinion with a few small extra details the place would be a 10/10. Right now I would rate it 10/10 for the service and 8/10 for the facilities. Some extra soft towels on the massage bed to tuck you in and some soundproofing of the walls and a little renovation (which they are renovating the place right now so lets hope for the best) would really bring the place to another level. In the end the whole experience from reception to treatment is top. Love their Ginger Tea as well!!!

Step by step
Inside a session at Polished Spa
The arc of a typical spa visit: arrive, sign in, change, a short consultation, 60 minutes of treatment, a slow wake-up, dress, pay, leave. It usually fits comfortably in a 90-minute window if you arrive on time. Check the details with Polished Spa when you book.
Most therapists will ask three things before starting: pressure preference, problem areas and whether you'd like to talk. Be specific — "heavy on the shoulders, light on the lower back, mostly quiet" is far more useful than "whatever's standard". Language preferences are worth raising with Polished Spa when you book.

Booking and check-in
Use WhatsApp to book Polished Spa — it's the local default, though reply speed varies by venue and time of day. Arrive 10 minutes before the treatment for the changing room and consultation. Booking 24+ hours ahead is the right call; walk-ins are hit-and-miss.
Settling the bill (and tip)
Payment options: cash, debit, credit cards (WhatsApp first to confirm Apple Pay if you rely on it). Tipping is appreciated rather than expected; AED 50–100 in cash handed directly to the therapist is the standard for a great session.
After the treatment
Aftercare: water, light meal, no strong workouts for 12 hours, and avoid alcohol for the rest of the day (especially after deep tissue). Facial aftercare adds: no new skincare products that night, SPF tomorrow.
